I often had issues with other earbuds falling of my ears, but with the Bose Ultra Open earbuds they attach perfectly and comfortably. The sound is awesome, exactly what you expect from Bose. I have never had a disappointing purchase with Bose. They are one of the better vendors, and they stand by their products. I highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a Xmas gift for myself and they have been the best earbuds I’ve ever used. I love the functionality of being able to listen to music and my surroundings with such a lightweight device.

I am disappointed with my new quiet comfort earbuds. I previously owed a set of QC 30 neckband earbuds that were awesome. Would have bought another set when mine quit working, but they are not available any more, so I settled for the QC earbuds. There was no clear owners manual with them so you have to spend a bit of time figuring them out. Once they were working, they are so touch sensitive that you have to be careful when touching them. They cut out when I get a message and don’t automatically restart playing my music.They are hard to connect to a TV. The only thing I like about them is noise cancelling feature. I never had any of these issues with the neckband. I wish they were available again.

I have been wearing my Ultra Open EarBuds for a few weeks now and I love them. Sound quality is what I expect from Bose products and it did not disappoint. The earbuds are so light in the ears. I forget I have them on at times. They are very attractive and I have received many compliments. I have the white pair. It took a few wears to get used to putting them on since I have long curly hair but well worth it when I got the hang of it.

I bought a couple of these open earbuds, one for me and one for my girlfriend. It fits great on my ear especially when I go out for a run. The only issue is that there's occasionally static noise coming out from the earbuds and sometimes one of the earbuds briefly looses connections to my music streamed from my phone's Bluetooth. Otherwise, it is a good product and has good sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son purchased me a pair of your Bose ear buds and I simply Love them! I like the way they hug the ears and don’t go down in the ear canal. They don’t give me headaches like the other brands. They are so comfortable that you don’t even know they are there until a call comes in. I would recommend these to everyone.

Allowing you to be mindful of what's going on around you and not dealing with the unit directly into your ear, these earbuds are the best. Probably the best thing is that these earbuds STAY ON. No matter what activity you are doing, they do not fall off. I workout Crossfit style and they don't fall off.

I like the sound quality that I get. In the instructions it shows putting them into the ear canal. It doesn't do that for me, but the sound from the speaker still reaches me ear just fine. I like fact that I don't have to worry if they are going to fall-out or not.

I got them for the design and comfort and was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. Happy they have buttons for volume, play/pause etc. Love that I dont have to take them out of my ear when someone is trying to talk to me. Great at home, work and when playing poker. Only downside was my wife liked them as well so I had to get a second pair 🤣.

I have had these almost two weeks. They are great when they stay paired. It’s incredibly frustrating how often then lose my phone and I have to forget them in Bluetooth and re-pair them. Sound is great, comfort is great, but staying paired is bad. I may return them.
