Sound quality is superb. I typically wear bone conductive and these allow the same level of awareness and ability k to hear what’s going on around me . Negative - left ear at 60% right ear 10% I got my wife a set too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a problem with placing anything in or on my ears, these buds are so high quality and so non intrusive that I can use them all day and literally not feel them. They don't fall out or off so I bought my husband a pair for working out. The phone aspect is so clean and clear that I'm going to buy my mom a pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When paired to my phone and used to listen to music, they sound amazing. And if that's all you're going to use them for, you may really enjoy them. They are super comfortable and don't interrupt what's going on in the environment one is in. I bought them to replace an aging wireless headset that I use for work, however; and they weren't a good choice for that purpose. The first issue I have trying to use these the way I intended is lack of ability to mute the microphone without interacting with the device they are connected to. I really wanted to be able to move around the house while in a meeting without devices strapped to me and I simply cannot do that with these. The other problem I run into is the battery life. They last about 4 hours on a full charge. The documentation says longer, but the right earbud that is doing the processing for the connection uses more power and its battery dies well before the left. In this state you can still listen with the left for the full 5 hours or so, it's not a good experience, and you lose the ability to interact with your device with the right earbud out of commission. So, while these earbuds are amazingly comfortable, enough to put on and wear all day; I actually forget that I have them on, they don't work all day. I wish I had done more research before buying as it's hard to justify the extra cost of these versus something that has the functionality I need.

Great sound, great comfort, terrible functionality. They work great for a couple of days then go silent and I have to hard reset them to make them work again. Bose replaced them once, but the same issue recurred. It’s truly frustrating that such a premium product behaves this way. The cheaper SHOKZ don’t have this problem. *sigh*

I’ve worn them pretty much everyday, sweet spacial movement audio These are excellent for the gym, unlike other pro version earbuds that fall out while I’m working out all the time, constantly having to readjust and get the music back on. These haven’t fallen off or out once. I’m not wasting gym and commute time by having to fidget with the proper fitting, these stay put. I wish I had bought these Ultra Opens earlier.

I've used them while running, hiking, and walking and they stay put. With other earbuds, I was constantly feeling like they were about to fall out; I don't have that worry with these. Most importantly, I am very pleased and impressed with the sound quality! The listening experience with these, even as open model, was better than other earbuds I've been using. I like using both the standard and immersive settings. The only thing that slightly bothers me is having to get the app to pair them with my phone and devices Well worth the cost, would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these last summer for work and they are the best purchase I have made in a while. Everyone is jealous of the colors and how they fit and conduct. I love the sound it heavily rivals Airpods Pro 2. Just wish they had a tracker.

These are the most comfortable a secure ear phone speakers I have tried. I have had a problem getting them to connect to apps on my phone... music and podcasts come through but phone calls and internet calls from WhatsApp , Messenger and SnapChat do not always connect through the earbuds.

I tried to initiate a return and shared a photo clearly showing a defective connection. Person tried to tell me nothing was wrong!! Had to convince them the prong was deficient. Now have to wait over a month for my replacement ear buds!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected more from such expensive headphones. I have connectivity issues and poor call sound quality. Rhe app also is not good. There is no way to locate your buds if you drop or misplace them. But my biggest disappointment is definitely tye sound quality on the calls. They are very comfortable and the sound quality for music or shows is great.
