Works fine, easy to set-up. The only issue is there is no soft key on the handset to retrieve voice messages. You have to go to the base unit or enter a code %23. using the menu. I spoke to tech support and they confirmed this.

I like these phones - do well in my home. Also, I liked the fast service in receiving them. Very easy process.

Screen too dark even at the highest setting. Doesn’t ring loud enough for elderly people at highest ring tone.

That these phones are the best love them because of the talking caller i.d Panasonic phones are great with a good price.

The only thing about this phone I don't like is the speaker phone volume is very low and is much lower than that of the Panasonic phones I replaced.
