I've had a Panasonic phone system like this for about eight years, and found it to be satisfactory. I wanted to update to a newer model. I've only had this one a short time, but so far I'm very satisfied with it. It's very similar to the one I had before, so I am familiar with how it operates. The operators manual is a little confusing, but overall the phone is pretty simple to operate. Except for the manual I would have given it 5 stars.

Our last phones were Panasonic's and served us well for many years. We've updated to this model because of the blue tooth feature and love them. Great phones at a great price.

I am eliminating my home phone. This phone is great because I can receive my cellphone calls on this device anywhere in my home . It works with Bluetooth technology. It is easy to setup too.

I've been using my new phone system for 3 weeks now. Things I like: instruction manual is easy to follow, volume/speaker system are better than my previous phone, and I look forward to learning how to link my cell phone to my new house phone.

like the phone but was surprised that came in a costco box. looked it up at costco and it was $20 less on their website. Being an ill senior citizen, this was disturbing to me.

Have used these for several years.. always dependable. Works great for landline and the two extras just plug in any room you need them in. Always happy with these!

So far I love these phones, I do wish they were a little more loud on the speaker phone part because my husband has severe hearing loss, but he manages to make them work.

Works fine, easy to set-up. The only issue is there is no soft key on the handset to retrieve voice messages. You have to go to the base unit or enter a code %23. using the menu. I spoke to tech support and they confirmed this.

W bought this to replace older one what quit working proper. I HATE the "Talking caller ID" . Its; annoying ! It says in the manual you can turn it off. We tried probably 50 times on the base and on each phone. It keeps announcing loud the callers phone number. I tried to contact Panasonic, but it's almost impossible. I can't return it either. Piece of JUNK.
