This is the second Panasonic multiple handset phone system we have owned. The first set lasted almost 15 years and it still worked but not as good as it used to. This new version has Bluetooth link to your cell phone which is a great feature, especially for those of us who work from home! We have a two story house so this 3 handset system allows us to have one on each level. It came nicely boxed with a wall hanger if you wanted to hang it. We just have them on counters and a dresser. It has talking caller ID so When a call comes in it talks and tells you who is calling. There is a blinking red light to alert you when there is a voice message that’s been left and also the number of messages. It’s a nice, good quality set for those who still want a land line.

This is a great phone. But I like the clips to hang on my pocket and it does not have a jack to plug in a head set, so I can use it while I am doing something else. It does work great when you can sit an hold it.

I replaced an old ATT phone set with this. The Panasonic is overly complicated for simple commands like "erase message". The sound quality is soft on the speaker phone and yet harsh on the handsets. It works but give me back my ATT. Price was right.

I like the Bluetooth feature that allows me to connect my cell. I also like the read-aloud caller. I wish the handsets were more ergonomic to make holding more comfortable.

I've had a Panasonic phone system like this for about eight years, and found it to be satisfactory. I wanted to update to a newer model. I've only had this one a short time, but so far I'm very satisfied with it. It's very similar to the one I had before, so I am familiar with how it operates. The operators manual is a little confusing, but overall the phone is pretty simple to operate. Except for the manual I would have given it 5 stars.

It doesn't have the call blocker I was looking for. It doesn't have a lot of features for the money but it's ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phones are easy to use. Screen is bright, and buttons are large enough for those with visual impairment. Problem are only one phone can be answered at a time so two people cannot occupy one conversation. Also no caller id or answering system. Haven’t figured how to transfer call to other line.
