No ground cloth was in the box. The pump will not stay running, runs for a little while then shuts down. Instruction manual says call an electrician because it is probably your outlet that is the problem. Basically, Go through an act of congress to get them to send you a replacement.

I used to love Intex pools but this pool is such a dissapointment first the legs bend really bad I contacted Sam's and they send a replacement I had to empty the pool the first time, I received my new pool yesterday and we set it up because my kids really want to use it and now the new one is leaking bad from the bottom I don't even know if I want to contact them again it seems that there is something wrong with every pool and I'm just wasting money on water I really like the size but quality is really bad.

I bought this product two weeks ago just installed it over the weekend as soon as I started filling it with water it started leaking out the same on the side so I called index for a replacement liner and they told me that I have to have the receipt and date of shipping receipt, which I never received one and had to cut the lighter up before they would consider sending me a liner so I’m not very happy piece of crap don’t buy

Our family just bought this pool. It arrived early. The delivery was great. We opened up each box separately and familiarized ourselves with the set up manuals and made sure we had all the pieces. Set up was easy. We had already measured a leveled location. Everything was going great until half way into filling the pool we noticed a leak in the liner! We were surprised & disappointed that a new liner would have a leak. We had read a previous review stating the same problem. We are wondering if the company does not test their products for leaks or if these liners are returned and then reshipped to unsuspecting customers.

This pool is made of cheap materials. It will rot and become a hazard. I contacted Intex customer service, and the representative confirmed multiple times that my pool was still under warranty. Based on that confirmation and the representative's promise that I would receive replacement parts, I proceeded to empty the pool (4,800 gallons of water) and fully disassemble it to provide photos of the damaged, rotten frame. As shown in the pictures, the frame is a hazard to my family. Today, 5/5/2026, I received an email stating that my claim was rejected because the warranty is no longer active. This directly contradicts what the representative confirmed to me several times before I did all the required work. When I questioned this, customer service responded only with “sorry for the inconvenience” and refused to take responsibility. I am requesting assistance in receiving the parts that were promised. Intex has all the evidence, as all communication was done through chat. They also refused to connect me with a supervisor, stating that the outcome would be the same. This situation is unacceptable. I followed all instructions in good faith based on information provided by Intex. The error is on their side, not mine.

Easy to setup. Just beware this a pool so you need to add chemicals and maintenance equipment such as a skimmer, vacuum and cholerine dispenser.

Pool was great for one year. Bought it 2023 end of April. I just noticed that one of the rails on a corner has rusted through along about a 6 inch lenght. Will have to take it down. Very dissatisfied.

Had a whole in the liner, paid full price, didn't get very far filling the pool, before we found a leak. Sadly had to fix it, with it filled half way. Not fun... find another pool.
