This pool has been so much fun for our family this summer. I will say it takes some time to make sure you know how to take care of chemicals etc. overall the setup was fairly easy but read the instructions all the way through prior to starting.

Easy setup for 2 people. We replaced a 14 year old 18'x9'x54" ultra frame pool with this pool. Hope it gives us as many years as the last one.

Bought this in June 2024 SAMS closeout $400.00 delivered. Additional cost were: upgrade outside plug to Ground Fault (DIY) $40.00, Thick board for leg supports $20.00, 3000 gallons of water to fill $20.00, floaters $50.00, chemicals and cleaning tools $100.00. Used it 3-4 days a week after work all summer long and had a wonderful time. Well worth the cost. Took 2 hours to assemble and 2 hours to disassemble. For winter storage we fit most of the pool back into the two boxes it came in all except the liner. Oklahoma sun was hard on pool cover and ground pad. Pad will have to be replaced ($30.00) but cover will last one more year. This was an extremely harsh summer with 60 days in a row of no rain and many days of record heat.

I believe we got one someone had already tried to put together and returned. The box was destroyed on one end and some spring clips were messed up so the corners didnt snap together. My husband started setting up the pool after putting down sand even though I told him the instructions said not to. We had to drain it and start over, so don't try it, it won't work. He duct taped the corners before telling me about the problem, so the warranty was void, that didn't work either. My pool corners are now screwed together and I hope the plastic doesn't split apart when we try to put it together next year. You know the moral to this story right? The weather turned rainy & cold so I haven't been swimming yet. Looking forward to a nice warm day so I can try it out.

It seems like a good pool. The main worry we have is that sructurally as shown it the picture, the thing holding all the water in is the top sewed fabric and not the poles. the poles only hold up the fabric and not the sides where the water does bulge. Price was ok except the hose clamps were missing defeating the sale price since they are about 4.00 a piece and we needed 6. Pump /Filter runs strong so far. We bought mainly because of the shape, fits our location perfectly.

Had a big problem with one of the arms in the corners made very difficult and I had to take it apart and reassemble it

LOVED this pool but would have never gotten had I known upfront that you have to drain, out in garage EVERY season. Didn't get around to putting in garage it this last season and the pool now had a large tear in it. Mind you, I live in Southern California where temps rarely get below freezing but company said I STILL need to take down every year. I only got it swim in it 2-3x. Other comparable pools allow you to winterize.

I bought this product two weeks ago just installed it over the weekend as soon as I started filling it with water it started leaking out the same on the side so I called index for a replacement liner and they told me that I have to have the receipt and date of shipping receipt, which I never received one and had to cut the lighter up before they would consider sending me a liner so I’m not very happy piece of crap don’t buy

Our family just bought this pool. It arrived early. The delivery was great. We opened up each box separately and familiarized ourselves with the set up manuals and made sure we had all the pieces. Set up was easy. We had already measured a leveled location. Everything was going great until half way into filling the pool we noticed a leak in the liner! We were surprised & disappointed that a new liner would have a leak. We had read a previous review stating the same problem. We are wondering if the company does not test their products for leaks or if these liners are returned and then reshipped to unsuspecting customers.

We have had a lot of rain, and algae has been fun dealing with. The pump that comes with the pool is not strong enough to attached a vacuum to clean up the algae. When I called Intex they informed me that the pump is only for large items. We even bought a Intex cordless pool cleaner, and that too does not pick up the algae. So now we have to buy a better pump or return the pool. Be aware... If I had to do it again, would not buy the pool.
