We bought the Saluspa Morocco inflatable hot tub and LOVE IT so far. Set up was very easy. It took 24 hours to heat to 102° and we're keeping it set on 100° as we intend to use it often. I had both my knees replaced in the past 14 months and have no issue getting in and out of the tub or sitting down in it relaxing. Dont waste money on inflatable seats, they wont stay suctioned down. Sitting on the floor of the hot tub is quite comfortable actually and we did buy an 85" pad off Amazon to put under the hot tub to protect the bottom and that cost $36. So far would HIGHLY recommend this product!!

Have been using this spa for about 30 days. It provides exactly what we were after. Inexpensive relaxation. We keep it at 102 deg. and that seems to be right for us. It will drop about 5 deg. in an hour of usage but we are ready to get out by that time. We did put a fold up 10 x 10 shelter with sides over the Spa for privacy and to shield it from wind as we have it outside on concrete patio. It will take about 2 days to get from ambient water temp to 102 degrees when first filled or water changed.

The quality and price and size of this spa is simply AMAZING! I had no idea an inflatable spa would be so durable, easy to setup and easy to maintain. It is really large...This version came with 2 covers that dramatically reduce the amount of energy usage...They are probably worth half the price of this spa! We are super impressed and are using this amazing spa nearly nightly! Why didn't I find this product 2 years ago when I bought my house?

This was a great purchase. We have had it set up and going for about a week and my husband and I are loving it. Instructions stink so I had to YouTube it but other than that it is a great quality item. Def recommend it.

So far so good! Took 2 days to warm as expected. Stays about 102 when soaking with jets with temp set at 104. We've kept the heavy duty cover on it when not in use. So easy to put together!!! Awesome

Pros - Well made, very sturdy, large enough for several adults. Cons- 1) Set up instructions are poor at best. If I had not owned an inflatable previously I would have had an extremely difficult time setting up. Found a PDF on the manufacturer website but could not get it to download 2) Could not get the app to download and use for anything at all 3) The bottom of this spa is like glass. I slipped and fell twice just trying to stand up. (Not good for a 73 year old.) It is almost impossible just to sit in the spa without slipping and sliding. I have water filled spa seats with suction cups that would not stick to the bottom. I purchased several shower/bath non slip matts and even they would not stay in place. I ended up returning this spa based on what I consider to be a safety issue.

Nice tub and good quality except for the pump. It took 3 days to get to temperature. I kept getting error codes and having to reset the pump. I've been able to use the tub 3 times in the month we've had it but now it won't stay on long enough to use it. I contacted customer service and they want me to pack it up and take the whole thing to FedEx...which is impossible. Don't waste your time on this one. Get a real hot tub that has a good pump.

Best three weeks ever. After that I got an E-18 error which means bad ground or motor. Electrician confirmed both outlets on different circuits were working properly. So pump motor died after three weeks. Bestway did make good on approving a replacement motor. We shall see.

Once we got it home and began looking where we could set it up we paid closer attention to the measurements. Not only did we not have space where we hoped it would fit, we realized it was just over 2 ft deep…Not as deep as our bathtub! Thankfully we hadn't opened the box and were able to return it for a full hassle free refund. Buyer beware!

Does not hold air and needs to be filled with air daily.
