We suggest making sure that the handle prongs are fully inserted into the sleeves on the Dusters. For our Heavy Duty Dusters, the sleeves can be found between the fluffy layers, in the center of the duster cloth. We hope this helps. Super Quick, Super Easy Dusting

The 360 dusters make dusting fun and easy. They are quicker than dragging out my vacuum and/or using a rag with spray yet they work just as good, if not better than both! Half the time I don't even move my knick knacks because they are gentle enough to dust right over and around them.

Awesome

I wasn't sure about the 360 Duster I always use water or another product to dust. I got a free sample in the mail and I decided to use it, wow what a difference. It picked up more than I thought it would and locked it in so you didn't have dust flying around. Great product.

A Piece of Junk

So I just got these and I cannot find any holes to insert the holder into. I guess I can use them as a hand held duster but that wasn't the point. I'd never tried Swiffer products before because they have a too good to be true quality to them. Sadly that was borne out with this purchase. I would not recommend these nor will I be purchasing them again.

I was hoping this was what I needed

This product seems to have everything you need to clean. However it's constantly on telescoping which means you make it the length you need and as soon as it touches the corner of your ceiling it starts to get small again it doesn't stay locked in a fully extended position so if you're trying to dust a ceiling fan as soon as it touches the fan blade it starts to get smaller. It does not stay the length you need it. There's a locking mechanism on the head of the duster but it doesn't fully lock so you try to dust the slightest amount of pressure and all of a sudden the duster is vertical instead of horizontal. It's really disappointing

Short with no help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am only 5 foot tall and before Swiffer 360 I would have to wait for my husband to come home and help me dust the ceiling fans and tall dressers and cabinets. Now I can do all my dusting at one time.
