We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we'll be sure to share your thoughts with our team. We can assure you that our Dusters go through many quality checks to ensure that you can get the best possible cleaning results, and that a lot of thought has gone into their design. We'd like to mention that our Heavy Duty Dusters contain 50% more fibers than our base Dusters. As well, to get a great clean, we suggest fluffing the fibers first. To fluff the fibers, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down quickly in a wave-like motion. We hope this is helpful, and please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 if there's anything more we can assist you with.

We appreciate you leaving your thoughts on our site. All of our products go through many checks to ensure they perform as expected, so we're glad you've let us know that this wasn't the case for you. We recommend you make sure the prongs of the handle are fully inserted into the sleeves of the duster to help make sure the dusters stay on. We would like to help you further and gather some info for our Quality Team, so please give us a call at 1-800-214-8734.

We're sorry your Swiffer Heavy Duty Duster isn't picking up as you expected. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. For best results: * Hold both ends of the duster and quickly move your hands up & down in a see-saw motion (alternating up & down). * You may also pull at the fibers to further fluff them. * The more fluffed the fibers, the better cleaning results you'll get. So we can get you back to Swiffering away, please call us at (800) 214-8734 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

We're sorry to hear this, since our Dusters do go through many quality checks to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition and that you can get great results. We'll be sure to share this with our team, and we suggest making sure that when you fluff the fibers, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down quickly in a wave-like motion. We hope this helps, and we'd also be happy to look into this further for you. You can give us a call at (800) 214-8734.
