The heavy duty refills and starter kit doesn't look at all like advertised. Not fluffy at all and this site will not let me download a photo of the same

These heavy duty dusters are really good but getting them ready to use is silly — I find that I have to tear apart all the little strips and then fluff. Just seems like wasted effort when simply putting it on the holder should be enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Swiffer 360, because nothing else beats it. It grabs on to dust and doesn't let go. I use an extended handle and I get my ceiling fans done in a flash. I suffer with chronic pain and moving around is difficult for me, so I can't imagine how I would dust with out my Swiffer products! The 360 gets into tiny places where nothing else can fit and it makes cleaning my dragons much easier with all their detail!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a place to hang some family pictures and my husband suggested on the walls of the stairs leading to the basement. Then, I looked up at all the cobwebs! He reminded me that we now own the Swiffer 360 Duster so I can easily reach those cobwebs without losing my balance at the top of the stairs. The only thing that would make this experience better is if he had actually done the work for me!

I have been using Swiffer dusters for several years. While I thought they were a little pricey, it was one luxury that I allowed myself because they made my housework much easier. However, during the course of the past year, something has happened. The quality has been changed. They are thin and extremely flimsy. They tear and start to fall apart while I am trying to put them on the handle. And, I can only dust about 30% of what I used to be able to dust with one duster. Considering how the product has degraded, they have now become way too expensive to continue to purchase. So, I'm now using washable microfiber dust rags and nylon dusters.

bought the duster refills...barely any fibers and certainly different from the original ones that I was used to...could only dust just a few places and the dust would not stick to the fibers as before....these were blue and not the fluffy yellow dusters that helped me to reach high places and of course so difficult to put on and off....what happened is a shame and I REGRET MY MONEY SPENT ON THIS INFERIOR PRODUCT AND WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN...so, back to the old way of dusting for me

The hinge pin broke and I am only on the second refill duster. Not the second box -- second duster. So I guess I will duct tape it and it will always be straight. I used it straight most of the time anyway. If it hadn't broken so easily, I would like it. I do like the dusting capability.

This product does do what it is promoted to do. I was amazed. However, I can find not instructions on how to clean the dusters for reuse. If there is really no way to clean the dusters, I won't be purchasing refills just to use this wonderful product. I will go back to polish and an old rag. It's more economical for me. If there is a way to clean the dusters, please tell me what it is. Hopefully I have just overlooked it. Thank you.

when you apply the duster to the handle, the handle sticks out of the top of the duster and it scratch both of my tv screens. and when you adjust the duster, it does not completely cover the handle so you are not getting the full affect of the duster at all. and the picture on the box shows the duster full and fluffy and its never is full and fluffy when you follow the directions.

I looked everywhere for some instructions on how this handle attaches. I finally figured it out. Seriously it would improve your product so much if you just showed someone attaching the duster to the handle!!! Don't says "just attached to the pockets...Pockets could mean anything. A video showing someone attaching the handle to said pockets goes along way.
