The updated version with “dust busting strips” (with the blue dots) is a serious downgrade. I was honestly shocked how poorly it performs because there are hardly any “fluffy fibers” to collect the dust. It just moves the dust around. I have never been so surprised at the discrepancy between the picture on the box and the product inside.

I thought the handle was longer

Why did you change the duster? It's horrible, doesn't trap the dust and pet hair like they used to. If I wanted to spread the dust in the air I'd used a regularfeather duster. I will not buy these again (and just threw out the the 15 left in the package I just bought). Please go back to what works

Please go back to the original product without those good for nothing dotted fibers!!! They do nothing close to what you say they're supposed to do. They bunch up, they DON'T pick up dust and I waste my time trying to clean and keep it fluffy like the original one! A lot of my friends won't buy this product anymore and I'm considering the same...Including you're whole line. Go back to the original or we're done! I speak for many!!

I don't know why they had to change a perfectly good product. The blue plastic strips are useless and reduce effectiveness. My cleaning lady has to spend time cutting them OFF. I called to complain and was told to buy the pet version. I did. Those changed too. Then told to get the one sided one- now those have these annoying things too. PLEASE FIX THIS. Why oh why must you ruin a great product?

Personally, these heavy-duty swifter dusters are HORRIBLE. Going back to the regular!

Picture makes the duster appear much bigger and fuller - That's not the case it's the same flat duster with 2 sides

Horrible. Does not pick up dust it moves it. Made a mess of my place and total loss of money.

I love the shape ! These dusters do seem to hold more dust and makes the job easier. These are at for all shapes when you dust. I will be getting the again .

This is my first time using these smaller Swiffer dusters and I was pleasantly surprised...They are great for dusting desks, tv stands, shelves etc and getting into the small spaces...
