Duster reaches in high and low places and it goes all around and not just one side

Not as heavy duty as picture

The 360 dusters make dusting fun and easy. They are quicker than dragging out my vacuum and/or using a rag with spray yet they work just as good, if not better than both! Half the time I don't even move my knick knacks because they are gentle enough to dust right over and around them.

I wasn't sure about the 360 Duster I always use water or another product to dust. I got a free sample in the mail and I decided to use it, wow what a difference. It picked up more than I thought it would and locked it in so you didn't have dust flying around. Great product.

So I just got these and I cannot find any holes to insert the holder into. I guess I can use them as a hand held duster but that wasn't the point. I'd never tried Swiffer products before because they have a too good to be true quality to them. Sadly that was borne out with this purchase. I would not recommend these nor will I be purchasing them again.

This product seems to have everything you need to clean. However it's constantly on telescoping which means you make it the length you need and as soon as it touches the corner of your ceiling it starts to get small again it doesn't stay locked in a fully extended position so if you're trying to dust a ceiling fan as soon as it touches the fan blade it starts to get smaller. It does not stay the length you need it. There's a locking mechanism on the head of the duster but it doesn't fully lock so you try to dust the slightest amount of pressure and all of a sudden the duster is vertical instead of horizontal. It's really disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am only 5 foot tall and before Swiffer 360 I would have to wait for my husband to come home and help me dust the ceiling fans and tall dressers and cabinets. Now I can do all my dusting at one time.

I use these dusters to do professional house cleaning, and although they seem to get to the harder to get to places, they don't get much use before they break or just fall apart. The refill pads just fall apart on the first use. You used to be able to wash them for re-use, but now they just fall apart. The part that holds the dusters on the extended wand is thin and breaks easily. Instead of buying an inexpensive replacement part, you have to re-buy the whole thing again. The concept is good, but the quality is very poor and not built to last at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 360 duster is the fastest and most efficient way to clean absolutely anything on shelves. Any collectible no matter what size can be dusted all over without having to pick them up each time. What an excellent way to cut down on cleaning time. Also, small crevices are no match for the 360. And to top it off, it's like a magnet picking up al the dust and allergens that wreak havoc on the respiratory system. It doesn't push the dust around - it actually picks it up and keeps it! Highly recommend!!!

Too hard to fluff up.
