[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 9/10/24. It is beautiful but the ice situation is not good for us. It is a very small container. So we upgraded to the dual ice maker and craft ice with the middle drawer that can be used as a fridge or freezer! We received the new fridge and we absolutely LOVE IT! The ice box is still the same size but the craft ice comes out in balls a they last super long! We are extremely happy with the upgraded refrigerator that also has a door in door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new fridge. It keeps things so nice and cold. I have lots of room and it’s very easy to clean. The underneath freezer is so convenient and roomy. Also luv having ice and cold fresh water right at your fingertips!

The fridge door emits a beep after it has been open for 20 secs. I contacted LG who says you cannot disable the beep after the door is open for 20 secs. This is extremely annoying when you are trying to get your food out of the fridge to make a meal. Apparently it affects the cooling capabilities of this fridge. We had a previous French Door Fridge (not LG) and it cooled the fridge without shutting the door every 20 secs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Refrig just a few weeks back. So far so good, works great. Overall design is good. Going from a side by side, takes some time to get used to, but the french door design has its advantages.

Never buy this product! 6 months old device has a problem. Huge noise, I can here it in all rooms in my house. Support said I have to defrost it manually. Is it a joke? I had my old fridge and never had this noise. After this I received an error code in LG application (Fan Motor) and support said - it's a normal, you have to defrost manually again. Looks like I have to avoid to buy LG at all with this support and customer care. Thank you LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually I'd give it a 5 star except for one thing. On rare occasion the ice machine clods up if you don't use it often. Otherwise I love the fridge. I like how you can rearrange the shelves for your needs whenever you want. I also like the bottom freezer because I can organize it better than a side by side; and I really like the fact that I can empty the ice-maker and use the one compartment in the freezer for extra ice if I want too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for 3 weeks and the French door style is very cool and spacious compared to our old side-by-by side. It too a little time to figure out the right temperatures, but the food is at the temperatures we like them now. The new ice maker is a nice feature and makes perfect size cubes reliably

I purchased this refrigerator on August 12, 2024. The refrigerator is spacious, maintains temperature and has a lot of nice features. Three minor things, 1. The chilled water dispenser is only good for about one cup before the water is Luke warm. 2. Having one paddle for water/ice takes a little getting used too, not as convenient as having one for water and one for ice. 3. The doors are to loose when they swing open, I open the right side door next to a wall, if it’s not held while opening it will eventually cause damage to the wall. Overall I would strongly recommend

Excellent fridge with decent features and large size inside. The fridge portion is larger than most of the options and the freezer can fit a lot too. Good ice making availability and water too. Price was very reasonable and sales are good. LG makes an overall good fridge and very quiet.
