The right door does n not self close in both the inside and on the door water dispenser are very dim which j is disappointing. It could well but the customer interface features on this model are dissatisfaction.

This fridge has been nothing but problems. The craft ice maker broke 2x within the first 2 years. The standard ice maker broke once immediately after the 2 year warranty. Once replaced we then had to lower the water pressure to where it would take forever to get water. Lastly, the right door has never remained closed unless you push hard on it so not ideal when you have children. It has been extremely frustrating to experience all of these problems in the 3 yrs that we have owned it, especially at this price point. I would advise that you thoroughly conduct your research before making a big purchase like this.

I think there has to be a better way to open bottom little draw in refrigerator without having to open both French doors that is awkward. The freezer need another pull out drawer not deep and take away the big bottom tubs

It too a little time to figure out the right temperatures, but the food is at the temperatures we like them now. The new ice maker is a nice feature and makes perfect size cubes reliably

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model--LRFS28XBS--was delivered in December. I am delighted with most features, except the screeching alarm open alarm. I have worked in the music business for 60 years, and my ears are sensitive to this kind of intrusive noise. I also am a test cook and spend time cleaning out and rearranging my fridge, all the while with that annoying alarm screeching in my ears. I find it highly distressing and intrusive. Surely there is some way to turn it off. The thought that I paid to be tormented with this unwelcome racket adds to the annoyance. A totally useless and unwanted feature. I would welcome any guidance for turning this alarm off.

We bought this Memorial Day weekend and are very happy with the refrigerator! It is very spacious and allows you to have a very organized refrigerator. The slimline water / ice dispenser eliminates reduced space on your shelves and the additional drawer in the freezer allows you to keep frequently eaten items readily available.

We love the Fingerprint Proof - Front door surfaces pristine even with 3 dogs. Love the storage space, the interior illumination, the quiet operation and overall style. The ice maker works perfectly and we love the cubes. The Wi-Fi connected effortlessly and the app is user friendly and helpful. The water/ice port is large and easily accommodates our largest containers. We would recommend the LG to anyone in the market for a new refrigerator.

I purchased this refigerator not even 18 months ago. While I like the fridge itself, I'm getting an error message that the freezer fan isn't operating properly. I've done the basic trouble shooting of unplugging it for a few minutes to reboot and reset the error. The error comes back. I also tried thawing the freezer and fridge for 3 days in the event that ice buildup was causing the issue. That didn't work either. So my best guess is the fan motor is no longer working, which is ridiculous for a fridge that isn't even 18 months old. Very disappointing. Other than that, it was exactly what I needed as someone who lives alone. Not too fancy or complicated.
