[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer for all the frills it has but also expecting it to do its basic function of drying. The dryer stops half way through any cycle giving a dirty lint filter error. I have cleaned the whole exhaust line and no issues with dust or lint there. I have to trick the programs and dry for a long time to get it to dry properly each time. So much for technology. I will be returning this soon.

After the initial 2 weeks post delivery of my new LG washer and dryer, I am happy to say that I made a superior purchase decision. I recommend this LG washer and dryer set. The details below. The Pros: - Many choices for cycles, amount of dryness, temp, etc. - Capacity is large. - Runs whisper quiet. - Clothes came out soft, fluffy, and properly dried. - The load complete notification chime sounds like an ice cream truck. Silly? Yes, but I love hearing it! Haha. The Cons: - So many choices; maybe too many choices! And if you want to deviate from the preset defaults, you can, but it's lots of tapping each individual setting on the LED screen. Time consuming! I wish there was a memory function where I could program my "normal" settings and then recall it with 1-button press. - The LED screen is very small font and not overly lit. If you're older or sight impaired, be advised. I need my reading glasses and a flashlight to choose my combinations of the many options. Someday, I'll have it memorized, hopefully. - The units are big... measure your space accurately for fit (I did so all good). Be aware that if you're shorter (I'm 5'1"), reaching over the units is a stretch! All of that said, I give these units a thumbs up and would buy them again. The only outstanding question is maintenance and durability. LG has a good track record so I hope my units perform well for years to come. -

Love my LG washer and dryer! I initially owned an LG washer and dryer and enjoyed it for 18 years. When my old washer quit working I went to purchase and bought another brand,I soon realized it was not the quality of my LG and took it back and purchased another LG set. The quality of LG is the best. I absolutely love my new LG set

I have had this (and the paired washer) for a month, and I am loving it so far. So many cool features, like TurboSteam! I like that I have the ability to customize cycles to such a detailed level. This also looks great and gives my laundry area a much more refined feel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these machines last month. I absolutely love every feature the washer and dryer have to offer. I love how fresh my clothes smell and feel. The best feature is the sanitizer setting. When you have 2 babies and a husband that works in construction, that's exactly what you need.

We purchased the model 4000 washer/dryer in white on May 8, 2023 and took delivery on May 15th. The array of washing/drying options is vast and the features/technology are impressive. Overall performance thus far has been fine. However, the quality control is lacking. Specifically, there is a color mismatch between the washer and dryer. While the washer itself is white and matched the floor model displayed at the retailer from whom we made our purchase, the dryer is a different story. It is not white per se, but an off-white color in appearance. And depending on the lighting conditions and angle, the dryer shows hints of beige. We firmly believe that this is a manufacturing defect. The particular dryer unit should never have passed quality control for cosmetics coming out of the manufacturing process. And the retailer should never have accepted this unit as first quality, let alone selected this unit for delivery/installation to us, or any customer for that matter. While the shopping experience itself overall was pleasant, we will be forever tainted (literally and figuratively) by what should never have slipped all the way through to our doorstep.

I found out everything is preset and for example you can only use cold water on certain settings. I would like to be able to adjust temperature, time etc for any setting I want.

Mine was installed as a stackable unit. I absolutely LOVE the way it washes and dry's my clothes. I'm very tech oriented, so the APP functionality is right up my alley. I totally recommend this product.

Best feature is being able to see how long is left on the cycle and receiving an alert on the phone when it is complete. Very pleased.
