This is our second LG stackable washer and Dryer, we purchase our firsrt pare 13 years ago and they needed reparts. So we decided to purchase new ones, the size and the pedestals so I do't have to bend over at age 76.

High performance, low noise, large capacity, with as many cycles as is probably needed. Highly recommended.

This model has the winkle removal feature, which is nice to have since there are times you wish to have it on a short notice. I brought the LG branded clothes dryer based on its reputation of being a durable and reliable product. Hopefully I am right for purchasing this.

The steam fresh setting is so convenient and quick for de-wrinkling clothes without ironing, etc. It drys things quickly and according to the many various choices of settings. I love the color and options.

It has turbo steam which penetrates deep into your fabrics. It has built-in-intelligence... which just means i have yet another thing in my house that is smarter than me.. HA. This dries my clothes pretty fast and the look is stunning.

I bought this dryer about a month ago when my old one died. I was so excited about all the features it had. However, after it was delivered and I tried to use it I was very upset. I could not get it to make any changes to the cycles I wanted to use. It turns out the machine was too smart for me. However after a lesson from the techs I now love it. It seems one step I missed was to chose the cycle I needed to turn the know a little to the left. That allows me to use the cycle the way I chose to. Thanks LG

Bought this machine after a flooding issue with my 13 Year old appliance. I am extremely pleased. It is a front loader. The gasket is much improved. THE DOOR IS weighted in such a way as to leave for drying inside of machine after use. All the features of machine are first rate I like the steam feature as well as turbo wash. I have not yet set up ThinQ use.so cannot comnent. This does not work on 5ghz Wi Fi Overall excellent product.

I bought this pair because my parents have the same model and I had a chance to use theirs and liked them. But the washer - it is out of balance all the time. The suggested remedies don't work and I don't have the tool to make adjustments as my parents do. The washer is so heavy I can't move it back in place. Very disappointed with the washer. How do I get service for it?

I HATE this dryer. No matter how much I clean out the lint compartment, it doesn't stick in. Therefore, I just had multiple tank tops and bras completely ruined and stretched out because they get caught on the lint compartment won't shut all the way. This has been going on for over a year and no matter how much I clean it, it never goes in.
