[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this dryer (and washer) in two houses. It has been very reliable, and good quality for the cost. Also, we needed this depth as our space was not deep. But we wanted a full size washer. This fit the bill great.

We received the washer and dryer and were disappointed when the hot water ran and did not stop with the unit off. There were so many issues with delivery it’s not even funny but not the manufacturer’s fault. Once replaced, the new washer had a dent in the side. We accepted it and did receive a discount but after two weeks we needed clean clothes! So far, both units are working great and we have no complaints. Washer spins so well the clothes feel almost dry coming out.

I bought this as a set. I love the color, the function of steam fresh is wonderful. I can't always get to the clothes when there done and the steam function really cuts down on wrinkles. I would recommend this to anyone . Thanks for the rebate as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an LG front load washer and dryer that had worked flawlessly for about 10 years at my last house, so when I moved last year I purchased another pair for the new place. So it's been a year now, and they have been trouble free and do a good job. The new units have wifi with an app, which my previous machines didn't have, and it is helpful as it sends me a message when the machine is done or I can check the app to see how much time is left, saving me a needless trip to the basement to check if the laundry is done.

This is my second LG dryer. My original one got damaged in the Texas Big Freeze, but it served me well for many, many years! The new one is a ThinQ and I love that it holds so many clothes. It has many drying options (12!) and runs so quietly you can hardly hear it. The musical notes on completion of each load is a nice touch, and the big drawer in the base provides lots of extra storage. It was a teriffic buy and the perfect complement for me LG washer!

From washing and drying heavy bedding, husbands golf clothes , delicates, even hats , clothing comes out clean and perfect . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a lemon, or a piece of junk. This dryer has been nothing but a source of aggravation ever since I purchased it. We keep on getting this flashing “gas” error. The dryer stops 25 to 30 minutes into its cycle with gas error flashing. It does not generate any heat, everything is still wet. We had a plumber check the gas line, everything is fine—our gas stove and gas water heater have no issues. An LG tech replaced the dryer’s gas valve—same issue. My mom suffers from dementia, laundry is a necessity in our house. To get this repaired, I have to pay a plumber to disconnect the gas line from the dryer, pay someone to bring it down from its platform, once the maintenance is done, pay for the reverse process. At this point, as soon as I have the money, I’ll get a new dryer , and hope to have better luck. My last dryer lasted over 15 years before the motor gave out. Buyer beware!!

Pleased that there is a wrinkle control setting! Also trying to get the right setting to get my towels completely dry, will continue to adjust.

Love my LG washer and dryer! I initially owned an LG washer and dryer and enjoyed it for 18 years. When my old washer quit working I went to purchase and bought another brand,I soon realized it was not the quality of my LG and took it back and purchased another LG set. The quality of LG is the best. I absolutely love my new LG set

I bought this 1 year ago and have little to no complaints so far. It efficiently and effectively dries all of our clothes, towels, bed sheets, etc. The only issue with it so far is that sometimes items will far towards the lint trap and block it, resulting in an error code being displayed and stopping the dryer, but that only happens occasionally.
