The washer and dryer combo offer large load capacity that we need. The machine is super quiet and is sharp looking.

I hade a little problem couple weeks ago, I called the Company and a nice lady help me figuring it out. Very minor issue.. They have a great capacity. I will recommend them to my Family and Friends.

Runs quietly and drys clothes fast with very little wrinkling. Steam feature is fantastic for removing closet wrinkles and freshening up clothes. Expect years of great service from this machine!

They are a big step up technologically and we're still learning how to use them. They were the top rated ones we considered, and we felt lucky to find them considering the supply chain backup. I might end up with a 5 star rating, but need to spend an hour with the manual.

It keeps saying there’s an obstruction in the vent - but now I’ll be on my 4th technician to come out this afternoon and it’s still not working drying my clothes. I really wish I would have gone for a cheaper less sensitive model. This has been nothing but an expensive headache and I still don’t have dry clothes. Washer seems to be working fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first LG washer and dryer lasted 11 years even with heavy use several times a week with no problems. We have had other products that did not work as well or last as long so it was not a hard decision on what to buy again.

I bought this dryer about a month ago when my old one died. I was so excited about all the features it had. However, after it was delivered and I tried to use it I was very upset. I could not get it to make any changes to the cycles I wanted to use. It turns out the machine was too smart for me. However after a lesson from the techs I now love it. It seems one step I missed was to chose the cycle I needed to turn the know a little to the left. That allows me to use the cycle the way I chose to. Thanks LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with my new dryer. It has lots of settings but they dont’t usually automatically set to low to I end up just setting it myself. It’s tricky to get it to dry pants all the way this way at first. It catches sand and dirt debris on the door ring and the catcher doesn’t open up like some others do so it’s easier to clean. I love how it looks I just wish it automatically used low heat like most clothing requests.

It's very simple to use and I love having all my LG appliances synced with the app for timely notifications (cycle complete, etc.).
