Unclear picture

Unclear picture we tried many times to adjust the picture sitting to have a nice picture but all are disappointed because we thought it will had a nicer picture

Hi Rawan, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your CU7000 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen. Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity: 1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing. 2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box. 3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD. 4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings 5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode. Very amazing picture.

Good using for Xbox series X

I bought this a few months ago use it mainly for gaming on a Xbox series X runs nicely had nice 4k graphics also is nice to be able to watch Amazon Disney and Netflix without having to download anything

Bought my TVast year. Works great. Love the health apps! Great pic and sound. Unfortunately is not compatible with Alexa — unless I don't know how to connect.

55 inch Samsung crystal UHD

I wish remote had some numbers to press. Navigation from one channel to the channel category section in not very efficient. Overall the quality of TV screen quality is good

Difficult to get sound

This tv would be awesome if we could get sound every time we turn it on. We get sound maybe 40% of the time. When it turns on with no sound, it takes about ten minutes of frustration turning it on and off to finally get sound.
