[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it now for about 6 months and I am totally happy with the ease of changing from air tv to app and back. Could not be smoother.

i am using this product from last couple of month and enjoying it, i don't have anything negative to say about this product. It's above my expactation

Mostly I like it but I'm old school looking for the normal headphone plug-in, there is none, or perhaps it's some new fangled plug in forcing me to buy new stuff

Good except for dropping Netflix sometimes. It's necessary to unplug it for a minute and then plug it back in and then Netflix will load I have 5G Google, so there's no problem with my Wi-Fi or my router

Love how easy this thing operates ! Simple remote is the best !! I only have one issue, I wish it came with the 4 screws to mount it to a wall mount !

I was given the code to reset the tv to factory setting defaults. The picture was very bright and white in colour. So basically no colour . It seems to good now so far.

only have it a couple of weeks but very pleased with the reception and clarity so far. purchased the samsung sound bar a week later and the combination is fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality. Wireless remote is very small. Phone application does not always connect. TV seems to have a mind of its own, and will lock up or change to default Samsung Channel.
