We just finished a new build and decked out the house with X2 43'', 55'', X2 65'', 75'' Great TV's for everyday use. Works great with the "Smart Things" app. When our daughter falls asleep with the tv on, we don't need to try and go find a remote to turn it off, just simply turn off from the app, without having to go into the room at all.

Setup was fairly simple. Just had to follow on-screen prompts. Had some trouble adjusting the tv sound along with our sound bar. Both were going & not quite in sync. Turning one down, turned both down. It fixed itself overnight. No problem since. Picture is excellent! Price was unbelievably low.

Bought this 55" tv for my father who is 80 and has been watching tv on a 32" Samsung for several years now. Figured it was time to upgrade him to a larger tv since he wasn't going to do it himself unless the 32" quit working. He is very happy with the tv. Now I just need to get my parents to upgrade their tv service with HD channels so they can really get the full benefits of the picture quality.

This TV is great. It has all sorts of smart features that you'd expect, but also has lots of free TV channels. The Xbox game pass streaming app is really nice to use. You just connect a controller right to the TV and play anything you can stream with xbox game pass.

TV is great but do not have it shipped to you. First one came and the screen was cracked. Sams club customer service was great and they scheduled the carrier to pick it back up then ordered a replacement. Second TV came broken again so we took it back in person and got a TV directly from the store. Love the TV

Resolution one step ahead my old TV au inferior price. The star missing is for Google Chromecast incompability. Xbox Software Built in is a good suprise. I love the product.

Color and clarity are great. Sometimes the video goes blank for a second, while the audio is playing. It does this often (about 2 times per minute) until we turn it off for a few minutes then turn it back on.

Built-in sound equalizer displays as "unavailable" also...remote is unable to "page up or down" with bell satellite. Had to get a bigger stand as there is no center post, only 2 plastic forks at each end that are not adjustable. Otherwise...good value

TV was broken right out of the box. I am still waiting for a replacement from Samsung 3 weeks later. Admittedly this is the 1st Samsung electronic product that was bad ever
