Not a smart tv

This tv is the worst Samsung product that I have ever had. Smart tv - not. Every time I turn off the tv, and turn it back on - no sound. It is so frustrating. I have to pull out the hdmi cable every day to get the sound back on.

I bought this new and the backlight stopped working after only 2 weeks. Returned it to the store and bought a different brand. I'll never purchase another Samsung tv again.

Great paired with my Apple TV and Sony sound syste

Very happy. Been purchasing only Samsung for 20 years plus. This replaced a still functioning 2014 50 inch. Picture is great. Interface and remote are not. But I don't care. Using with my 4k Apple TV and 8 streaming services. Have antenna hooked up for sports only. Remote has no number pad so selection local air kind of hard. Hooked up via optical cable to my Sony sound system. Still have not been able to program my Apple Remote to turn on/off tv. My other Samsungs were easy. I'll get it eventually. Again…picture is clear and crisp. All types of media.

Horrible TV with horrible remote

It's a horrible TV with a horrible remote. The remote is useless. If you want to change the channel, you have to go through the pain of pressing buttons multiple times. The remote has a color button but not sure what its is usage and it is not explained anywhere. Turning the close caption ON and OFF is another pain area. You can set the close caption position but it won't stay. Remote is smart but useless. My ten-year-old remote has better usability than this smart remote.
