Love it in my new home

Great but concerned

This is the second one, had to warrant the first doe to temporary loss of volume. You had to unplug the Htmi cable and it would come back. I've had thh hu is one and it has only done it once.

Super Smooth

Anything from Samsung is the Best. Our 55" Crystal UHD 4K smart TV is doing its job. Its easily accessible and has good picture quality and option when you have to browse through Internet. No complaints. The best TV we have brought!

Not an intuitive remote

I bought this a month ago because I wanted the same type of remote that I got with a 43" Samsung TV tht I purchased earlier this year. However, it has a different remote, and I do not like it

Smart Tv

It works great but has some glass chip in a corner of the tv and a few scratches in same spot was bought brand new from store but can't send it back for another one with out a bocx

Intermittent, dropping of Netflix.

Good except for dropping Netflix sometimes. It's necessary to unplug it for a minute and then plug it back in and then Netflix will load I have 5G Google, so there's no problem with my Wi-Fi or my router
