There's low medium and high setting for both the roller and the how it squeeze your feet. It definitely is like getting your pressure points massaged. This makes your feet feels so good afterwards.

It has a warming feature, which is nice. There are other settings as well that you can choose as light, medium or high. One of the settings is the intensity of the massage and the other offers a treatment to tighten your feet; kind of like a blood pressure cuff. You can choose to have the massage for 15, 20 or 30 minutes.

My feet feel brand new after about five minutes. It has heating and a few different settings to try. I recommend this for anyone who has feet problems or just wants a good massage. Only issue I would say would be cool if you could lay on your bed with it on your feet to fully relax, but regardless still amazing.

After unboxing, it was very easy to set up with very straightforward yet easy to understand manual. I like that it has 3 air compression modes, 3 different presets, 3 rolling speeds and 3 timer options. Unfortunately for me, the heat mode was just okay, it wasn’t warm enough in my liking, I wish there is also an option with that to adjust. Overall though I and my family fell in love with it that we have to set a schedule so everyone has a chance to use it and relax. It was definitely a great addition to our family room functionality wise and aesthetically sense, so we highly recommend it!

I don't know where to start, this product indulges in a rolling shiatsu massage with 12 massage heads, it has 3 different levels for intensity, it does compression inflating pressure, heats for comfort and soothing indulgence, it's lightweight, also you can remove/unzip the foot covers for cleaning. From the first second you you don’t want this feature to stop, it vibrates, heats up, compresses my feet, and feels amazing! After a long day being on my feet this product from SHARPER IMAGE, does an amazing job, it’s a saver and a keeper! I have it already on the Christmas list for my friends and family, it's a great-great-great gift.
