They have higher and softer options. My boyfriend tried first and had the setting set to 15 minutes, so I tried and did the same thing and then we were fighting over who would use it next. I would totally buy another one as a gift.

So many perks of this massager. I love how the foot inserts are removable to be cleaned. There are many different settings from compression to rolling massage and then 3 levels for each setting. This allows for a super customizable experience. There is a heat setting as well that is just the right amount of heat to warm your toesies but not have your feet sweating. There’s 3 different timer settings and I find myself constantly going back setting a new timer wanting another session. I wear a size 8 in women’s and my feet fit perfectly with extra room. On the lowest setting it is a really nice massage. All the way up on each setting is way too intense for me. My husband said he felt it but wished it were more intense. He wears a size 10.5 and it didn’t reach up to his toes so he said he wished it worked his whole foot. I think it’s great and I have it sitting on the floor at the edge of the couch and sit and enjoy a nice little massage while folding clothes, reading, or watching tv. The design is super sleek and the machine itself isn’t too heavy. Can be easily stored away and is super easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who suffers from arthritis, my feet are always killing me. Nothing will ever compare to an actual hand massage but this is close! The combo of the compression and the rolling shiatsu massage and the heat feels so good on my achy feet. It reminds me of the massage chairs at the nail salon but not painful and for your feet! I wish it got warmer but I’ve only been using it in 15 minute intervals so not sure if it gets warmer the longer you use it. I think this would be a perfect gift for those in your life that maybe suffer from chronic pain, or even someone who’s always active. And if you don’t know anyone, treat yourself!

Adjustable pressure, with 3 intensity levels for shiatsu, heat function and 3 timer settings. The foot pockets are pretty roomy with removable fabric liner. I highly recommend this foot massager!

He absolutely loved this massager he uses if daily! Not only him but the rest of the family tried it out and we're all hooked. We love that it's customizable to each of our liking. I love the compression and heat on high with the massage, my husband prefers heat and massage with no compression, while our adult son likes low compression, massage and no heat. It's very individualized and easy. I like the time feature a lot as well. I don't have to keep track or lose track of time, depending on the time I pick my selection and it shuts off when it's done. Very convenient! Very comfortable and not at all loud. It's perfect for me as a women size 9 all the way up to my son's big ol men's size 12 feet! Highly recommended!

Let me just say this surpassed my already high expectations! This has heat, a rolling firm but not a hard massager for your feet and a compression that wraps both of your feet entirely in this massage experience! I could literally sit there for hours! I also let my daughter who has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis try this after a day of being in her feet. My daughter says this is the first foot massager that feels great and doesn't hurt like many similar items. She is in love with this foot massager! If you experience foot pain or even for someone who works standing and needs warmth, massage and compression all in one beautifully designed experience this is it!!!! But in addition to the rolling massage, it also works with Air compression and as a bonus, heat. The combination is like a trifecta of foot care for your feet. I have flat feet and sinking my feet and toes into this machine does loads of wellness and relief. Because of this i feel much better all around with ny feet rejuvinated. Highly recommended. Especially on cold mornings or evenings!
