There’s 3 settings for time, massage level and air compression intensity. Heat is also available as well. Medium air with high massage is perfect for me. If you’re looking for a foot massager that is compact and perfect for a quick relaxation, buy this! My only qualm is that I wished it heated up faster. But in addition to the rolling massage, it also works with Air compression and as a bonus, heat. The combination is like a trifecta of foot care for your feet. I have flat feet and sinking my feet and toes into this machine does loads of wellness and relief. Because of this i feel much better all around with ny feet rejuvinated. Highly recommended. There's low medium and high setting for both the roller and the how it squeeze your feet. It definitely is like getting your pressure points massaged. This makes your feet feels so good afterwards.

It massages my soles and compresses the side of my feet - feel good sensation! It has 3 different settings on time you can choose from! You can also choose from high, medium or low when compressing your feet and massaging the soles of your feet. It’s separate settings so you could tune both differently! If you like both these settings to be the same at any of the 3 levels you can choose between M1-M3. M3 being the toughest on your tired feet. If your feet are cold it has a heat on/off setting as well! The portion where you put your feet in is detachable fabric so you can unzip and wash it!!

I was so excited to own this massager because I am one to get a foot massage several times a week. I thought I was finally going to be able to give my hubby a break from having to massage me but looks like he's not that lucky. My teenager kids and husband did love it though, so I'm glad at least they will enjoy it. So for that I give it three stars. Incentivized
