It is a rolling massage with air compression and heat. I normally turn the heat off when I use it unless my feet are cold. It has three compression levels and three roller speeds. The inside liner is also removable for cleaning. I highly recommend this and it would make a great gift.

The combo of the compression and the rolling shiatsu massage and the heat feels so good on my achy feet. It reminds me of the massage chairs at the nail salon but not painful and for your feet! I wish it got warmer but I’ve only been using it in 15 minute intervals so not sure if it gets warmer the longer you use it. I think this would be a perfect gift for those in your life that maybe suffer from chronic pain, or even someone who’s always active. And if you don’t know anyone, treat yourself!

Let me just say this surpassed my already high expectations! This has heat, a rolling firm but not a hard massager for your feet and a compression that wraps both of your feet entirely in this massage experience! I could literally sit there for hours! I also let my daughter who has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis try this after a day of being in her feet. My daughter says this is the first foot massager that feels great and doesn't hurt like many similar items. She is in love with this foot massager! If you experience foot pain or even for someone who works standing and needs warmth, massage and compression all in one beautifully designed experience this is it!!!! The only thing I wish is that it gave a slightly deeper massage but regardless I'm definitely satisfied. I'm a mom of 5 constantly on my feet so this is a great way to spend my evenings.

Adjustable pressure, with 3 intensity levels for shiatsu, heat function and 3 timer settings. The foot pockets are pretty roomy with removable fabric liner. I highly recommend this foot massager!
