The rollers would push my feet back and the back would only get the tips of the rollers. I would constantly push my feet to the front which was uncomfortable. It took almost 20 minutes for the heat to kick in. The only thing I really love about it is the compression when it would inflate it would keep my foot in 1 place allowing all the rollers to touch my feet. I wear a woman’s 8 shoes so my feet isn’t big. A size 12 men will feet in comfortably. I would give it a 5 star if the balls rolled all the way to the back of my feet and stayed there.

I had foot reconstruction surgery last year, which I’m still recovering from, and dealing with regular pain. I thought the rollers might be too much for my operated foot, but they actually help a lot. The heat and pressure are very satisfying and after a 20 minute massage I feel as if I’m walking in clouds. That is a big claim from someone with so many foot issues. My foot pain gets worse after standing or walking for a while, so I usually would manually massage my feet. I was very eager to try this foot massager and see if it offered some relief, and it exceeded my expectations. It has several settings, 3 roller speeds, 3 air compression levels, heat or no heat, and 3 preset modes with a combination of the other settings. It also offers 3 timers for 15, 20 and 30 minutes. The inside liners are easily removable for washing. I highly recommend this foot massager whether you suffer with foot issues or you simply want to relax after a long day on your feet.

It is a rolling massage with air compression and heat. I normally turn the heat off when I use it unless my feet are cold. It has three compression levels and three roller speeds. The inside liner is also removable for cleaning. I highly recommend this and it would make a great gift.
