Great price for the size. Has enough HDMI outlets to support my needs, but this is a very heavy item. The processor is also slow. It “thinks” for a while when opening apps. It also “thinks” for a while when browsing.

Art Gallery mode in LG 65UR8000AUA

We have had the LG 65UR8000AUA for a number of years and are very happy with it. We are looking to get a new TV and are looking at the LG OLED65C4. We like the art gallery mode and was wondering if this mode is also available on our current LG 65UR8000AUA model.

What a picture!

I purchased the 75in model. The screen is impressive. I'm amazed at how well the webOS works. I no longer have a need for a third party device for streaming. The arc support is really cool and provides amazing sound output from my sound bar. Coupled with the quality built in speakers, it is a nice sound upgrade. Overall, I didnt really need a new tv but am happy i picked this beauty up on sale. This purchase is an upgrade in nearly every way to my older LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good made TV, SO LARGE SCREEN, WHY THE SIDE BY SIDE MODE TO DIVIDE THE SCREEN IN TWO IS SO STRCTLY? WHY CANT I CHOOSE. I.E. ONE SCREEN FOR THE PLAYSTATION AND THE OTHER FOR LOCAL TV. WHY???? DO I NEED AN UPDATE OR DOWLOADING SOME APP?

Screen blowed out

It's a TV and that's what it does.

Otherwise, possible issues you may experience are: 1. If auto-update is turned on, you are likely to experience delay from standby to actually able to view a channel due to an update. 2. Even without an update, it takes this model up to 15 seconds to fully power up for viewing a channel.

Could be better

Spec wise the TV is fine for the price. Picture quality is good. My big problems come with the OS and how laggy it is compared to Samsung and TVs that use the Roku OS. If not for the hassle of returning it would probably be headed back. Hoping for an update to improve things.
