This TV is huge and makes viewing text a lot easier from across the room. It has a beautiful picture and the quality of the audio coming from its speakers is also very good. I bought this back around the first of November on sale for $650. It seemed to be the best deals around at the time for a 75 inch TV. I also was influenced to buy it from Sam’s because of the included 3 year warranty.

Make sure you get a written copy of the Sam’s member extended warranty. Its wasn’t included in the TV’s paperwork and it was like pulling teeth to get it from Sam’s

Love the tv. The employees at sams not so much. Tv was listed for $599 so went home to get some cash and when I returned it rang up $649. Talked to a manager and he rufused to honor the price.

Great tv! We upgraded from a 20 year old tv so this was a huge improvement. Great picture and the deep blacks are much better. Video games look great on it…probably not the right tv for competitive gamers. Reducing by one star as the interface can be slow and lagging at times. Overall very happy with the tv!

(1) The LG magic remote is absolutely the most asinine, ill-conceived device I have ever had the misfortune to use. It attempts to accomplish the function of a PC mouse specifically designed for use on a desktop which is flat and rooted. The contours of the PC mouse also facilitate easy and precise cursor movement and item selection. The LG magic remote is a hand-held device which fails miserably in its attempt to imitate the function of a PC mouse as one of its 'magic' features. (2) I don't know which is worse, the magic remote, or the very irritating interlude 'music' which plays while watching movies on the LG channels. The interludes are numerous and devoid of ads, which negates any profit motive. Sometimes it seems that more time is spent enduring this music than actually watching the movie. I never watch a movie to the end! The 'music' is too nerve-wracking and shows a total lack of concern for the comfort and enjoyment of customers and viewers. Configuration is far from easy with this TV. Bought two weeks ago and I am still having issues. -- Consistently picks up my Marantz AV receiver as a Marantz sound bar and there seems to be nowhere in the setup that I can change this. -- Perhaps this explains why there is no sound output from the HDMI arc port. Other configuration issues which I will not detail here. Suffice it to say that I am not happy with this TV and will be returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this set almost a month. I was initially thinking of replacing it. But after some manual tweaks to the picture quality I am satisfied with the quality. I was not liking the ghosting that appeared with football movement but I could correct that. I purchased this bc the price was right. For my purposes I did not want to pay for a QLED. Way over my budget. I could have found cheaper but I did still want a quality TV.

The picture quality is the only redeeming feature. The operating system is painfully slow, feels outdated, and constantly freezes or stalls when switching between apps. The remote is just as frustrating, with poor responsiveness and limited range, often requiring multiple button presses to register. Overall, the software and remote make what could have been a great TV a disappointing experience. Before returning the TV, I contacted a team member to ask if I could still return it after 1.5 years. I was told that it would be covered under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. However, when I brought it to the club, they refused to honor the return. It was very frustrating to receive one answer beforehand and then be denied when I arrived.

Ordered the television online because it was too large to fit in the car. They gave a delivery date almost 2 weeks from the order date. I live an a mile from the local Sam's Club. Delivery date delayed. Delivery truck comes and they unbox it. Screen is broken. I refuse delivery and call Sam's 800 number. I could hardly understand what the person was saying from the call center because of the accent. They couldn't understand that the item was refused. I kept getting phone calls asking me when I wanted the item picked up. Took 2 weeks to get a refund. One of the worse online shopping experiences I have ever had.

In replaced an LG 65" OLED (2016) TV with this one. Disappointingly, this TV is blurry and out-of-focus. I called the HELP number and had a POOR experience. The person on the phone had a VERY STRONG Indian accent and the background noise was almost unbearable. After a few minutes of minor adjustments on color and Vivid, the person told me that they would call me back in 30 minutes with more help. They never called. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the service and the TV. I am taking it back as soon as I can get in off the wall. I have 2 other LG TVs (Both UHD) and have had no problems whatsoever. This is just a bad TV.
