This TV was the best deal I saw for a 75 inch TV.

This TV is huge and makes viewing text a lot easier from across the room. It has a beautiful picture and the quality of the audio coming from its speakers is also very good. I bought this back around the first of November on sale for $650. It seemed to be the best deals around at the time for a 75 inch TV. I also was influenced to buy it from Sam’s because of the included 3 year warranty.

My big complaint is the cursor jumps to hyper speed when I am happy moving cursor by clicking and the movement can only be slowed but not stopped.

I received as a gift and wasn't consulted prior to the gifting. We don't have Alexa (we have Google) and we have been Spectrum customers for over 20 years, neither which are compatible with my new 'smart TV'. I am a Prime Member and enjoy the great picture provided by my LG tv. But really miss viewing local news, especially YNN news on all my TV's. Prior to the LG tv, I accessed local news via Roku and 'cable connection'. Roku is now used in another area of my house.

(1) The LG magic remote is absolutely the most asinine, ill-conceived device I have ever had the misfortune to use. It attempts to accomplish the function of a PC mouse specifically designed for use on a desktop which is flat and rooted. The contours of the PC mouse also facilitate easy and precise cursor movement and item selection. The LG magic remote is a hand-held device which fails miserably in its attempt to imitate the function of a PC mouse as one of its 'magic' features. (2) I don't know which is worse, the magic remote, or the very irritating interlude 'music' which plays while watching movies on the LG channels. The interludes are numerous and devoid of ads, which negates any profit motive. Sometimes it seems that more time is spent enduring this music than actually watching the movie. I never watch a movie to the end! The 'music' is too nerve-wracking and shows a total lack of concern for the comfort and enjoyment of customers and viewers. Configuration is far from easy with this TV. Bought two weeks ago and I am still having issues. -- Consistently picks up my Marantz AV receiver as a Marantz sound bar and there seems to be nowhere in the setup that I can change this. -- Perhaps this explains why there is no sound output from the HDMI arc port. Other configuration issues which I will not detail here. Suffice it to say that I am not happy with this TV and will be returning.

Terrible shopping experience

Ordered the television online because it was too large to fit in the car. They gave a delivery date almost 2 weeks from the order date. I live an a mile from the local Sam's Club. Delivery date delayed. Delivery truck comes and they unbox it. Screen is broken. I refuse delivery and call Sam's 800 number. I could hardly understand what the person was saying from the call center because of the accent. They couldn't understand that the item was refused. I kept getting phone calls asking me when I wanted the item picked up. Took 2 weeks to get a refund. One of the worse online shopping experiences I have ever had.
