I have had my stain striker for 1.5 weeks. And have cleaned all the carpets in my house and in laws house. This is by far the very best carpet cleaner I e ever used and I’ve used a lot.  I wouldn’t recommend anything else. If it was possible I’d say I’m in love with a carpet cleaner. 😁

Goodbye Hoover, forever. Hoover couldn't handle my old carpet and the dirt and mud my 2 GSDs. In the summer they track dry dirt and in the rainy season they track in mud. My Hoover kept mushing and pushing the dirt further into my carpet. The brissels were tethering tips of my the tips of my carpet as well bc it's old and thin. My experience with my very first Shark is mind blowing. My Shark carpet cleaner is truely a miracle worker. This light weight machine brought back what I'm sure was it's original color. The roller brush lifts and powerfully sucks the heavy dirt away. My whole family, including my husband is very impressed. I can't wait to try the Shark Steam Floor Cleaner and Sharks Blow Dryer. We'll see what's next!

I have owned Bissel, Hoover, the top lines right to the big heavy machines. This unit is by far the easiest and best performance of any unit I have used. On a normal vacuumed carpet with appropriate dirt for it, this unit cleaned and the carpet was dry to the touch in an hour. The nastiest ground in dirt with an obviuos foot path from the door on a much neglected carpet took several run thrus and some stain cleaning, so all the tools but the pet one was used. The carpet with a fan on the floor took about 4 hours to dry, the look now of the carpet was well worth the effort and dry time. None of my other machines could have produced these results in the same amount of time. A statement by a prevous purchaser commented about the cleaning solution being available only at shark, that is no longer the case, can be purchased from multiple sites now. I would have no problem recommending this unit.

Love this machine. Cleans well, light enough I can navigate it. The pet stain striker definitely makes life easier. I have 2 dogs and stuff just happens. I want to add that the service from the company was great. My original one stopped spraying after 6 months. Called the company, we did a one way video trouble shoot in real time, that day. We could not 'fix' it. The company didn't miss a beat. Sent a replacement that day. Great machine, great warranty (5 years) great company support. Doesn't get much better. This cleans better than the professional cleaning I'd had dome 3 months before I purchased this. Well worth the $.

First use and I'm impressed! I have two small children and 6 cats with beige carpet, so I was looking for an effective, easy to use carpet cleaner. The CarpetXpert is perfect! It's so easy to go from Stainstriker to Deep Clean to Quick Dry without even turning it off! Stains came up quickly and the carpet was dry within a couple hours. The 5 year warranty is awesome too.

This carpet cleaner has exceeded my expectations. I owned a shark vacuum for over 10 years and it held up so well, I figured why not try a carpet cleaner. I've been in the market for one for a year now. In owning it the past month I have used it throughout my house on carpets, steps, arms of couches, etc. It can cleaned old stains from our dog, newer stains that were same day. I've found it to be easy to clean. The suction is great and dry mode is wonderful if you really need to speed up the drying time. I highly recommend.

I purchased this in December as an “upgrade” from the other brand I’d been using for 3 years. It has already completely stopped working. As I stated in my review of the last Shark vacuum I purchased, which was a complete waste of money, I don’t know when Shark’s quality went in the toilet but it has. Never again.

It shoots the dirty water out of the side vents. It does it from the start, not because the water is full. It destroyed my walls. Also, I have every shark vacuum there is, so this was a questionable purchase, but this is nothing like the vacuums. It doesn’t pick up stains either. Not happy

Received replacement haven't had a chance to try it yet hoping it lasts longer than the first one if it does that will be fantastic, because the first one only lasted twice. But hey I recieved a replacement so that's a plus it took a while but it happen. I'll update this after the holidays

I bought this a couple of months ago. One thing I noticed was it seemed cheap looking as I was putting it together. Then I noticed that I had to continue filling the water tank yet hardly had to ever empty the dirty water concerning. I would always soak up what I could of my dogs accident then pull my shark up. After a couple of month my carpet started smelling. What appears to happen is carpet was soaked by the water(reason I had to fill so often) but the suction was not enough to pull out the water there fore leaving padding to absorb and dry. After a while carpet started to smell. Pulled out my old Hoover and started suctioning out as much as I could. Used syringes to inject areas in carpet. After almost 2 weeks of this tedious task I finally got the smell out to where otvis not so overbearing My hoover carpet cleaner is my big gun now and this thing is going to the garbage. The only thing I liked about it was the rotating brush but not enough to keep it...
