I bought this when I saw it advertised on an infomercial. I have had a shark vacuum for a long time. And knew how good it works. My BISSELL carpet cleaner didn't do that good of a job, and leaked water on the carpet.. So I thought I would buy this, advertised as even getting a steam mop for free. So I did. But the steam mop didn't show up. I had screen shots of what I ordered and contacted Shark, they good willed me a steam mop, and I should get this soon. I liked the cleaner so much. I ordered the best pet vacuum they had and also a stick vacuum for my bird room. So for being so nice of a company, they got four sales from me.

I have had my stain striker for 1.5 weeks. And have cleaned all the carpets in my house and in laws house. This is by far the very best carpet cleaner I e ever used and I’ve used a lot.  I wouldn’t recommend anything else. If it was possible I’d say I’m in love with a carpet cleaner. 😁

I have never used a carpet shampoo vacuum. I have to say I was very impressed with my Shark CarpetXpert. It Really did a great job in removing 4 year old stains, it also dries your carpets very quickly. Easy to use, instructions are simple and user friendly. I also love how easy it is to clean and take apart. I’m am very impressed and 1000% recommend.

It is not just how it cleans, which seems really good but for me where it really shines in my opinion is the cleanup. Almost every part that matters can be easily taken apart and removed for cleaned out. The dirty water reservoir lid is simple to remove and has a big opening. All the included hand attachments come completely apart. The floor water intake opens up from the top which makes it better for air drying the roller and the water intake itself can even be removed. It is a dream to clean.

I bought this shampooer last weekend and could not wait to get home to use it. Super easy to put together. I am utterly shocked at how much suction this has. My bedroom carpets are 20 years old and we have been looking around to replace them but needed to give them a good cleaning to hold us off from buying for a while. I can tell you that these 20 year old carpets look practically like new. The dry time was a little over a hour and with my old unit it took an entire day for them to dry. The amount of water used while cleaning is immediately sucked up. The cleaning solution is the best I have used as well. Also I love how you don’t have to pull the trigger to make the solution come out….now you simply move the unit forward and the solution comes out automatically and when you pull back it pulled the solution back up. I have shampooed the carpet in my entire house already and will use the handheld spot cleaner to do our sectional and couch this weekend. Very happy with this purchase and have been raving to all my friends and family about how well this worked. Highly recommend!! You will it be disappointed!!!

It was easy to put together out of the box. This is perfect for deep cleaning the carpet and rugs. This works well with the cleaning solution. The scrubber is an added plus. The vacum is easy to operate. The quick dry feature instantly helps drying the vacuumed area. This is a great product.

I purchased the CarpetXpert a few months ago. I knew the true test of of it was going to be this area rug in our family room. I clean my carpets regularly- sometimes more often than not with 4 small dogs. This area rug is 20 years old and in excellent condition- just was dirty. Living near the beach is wonderful, but the sand is not. It is a constant battle. I own just about every carpet cleaner out there. Each one does something the other one cannot. This is the first carpet cleaner that actually does everything! From cleaning stairs and upholstery to carpets to area rugs it does it all. My other rug cleaners are heavy and clunky. This shark is rather light and easy to get up and down three flights of stairs. Yesterday, I began my spring cleaning. Of course I was super excited to try this machine out on these area rugs. The machine has some serious suctioning capabilities. To my amazement our area rugs look brand new! I was floored by the color of the dirty water that came out. It was midnight last night when I decided it was time to go to bed. I had just started on this area rug. I could tell it was significantly cleaner. This morning though when the sun shined in through the sliding glass door I was in shock!!! The pictures below will show you why. This machine is top of the line. It was carefully thought out. Each mode on this machine works much better than expected. I no longer have to pay to have these area rugs deep cleaned. First I was very excited to get my carpet cleaner. I have several shark and ninja products and love them all. It was very easy to put together. I did watch the video on how to use because  that was easier for me then reading the directions. So simple to add the water and solution. I cleaned two area rugs that didn’t seem to be that dirty but I was wrong. The water was so dark and the machine pulled a lot of pet hair up. On both the carpets I had a few stains that I purposely had left set in so I could see how well the machine would clean them. To my surprise all of them came out without me having to go over them several times. There was only one spot I had to get the stain striker hose out and use on. I had one chair that had greasy spots on it and came right out. Th machine itself was easy to use. Emptying the dirty water was very easy. When I was finished cleaning the brush roll was also very easy to do. Th only complaint I have is I wish the water and solution tank was a little bigger. I highly recommend this product.

Now, I can do one room at a time as fits into our busy schedules. And the Shark CarpetXpert does not disappoint. It picks up so much dirt and leaves the carpets not only looking new, but smelling fresh. Out of the box, it's easy to assemble, and came with the cleaning solutions you need to use it right away. The attachments for both stairs and upholstery are amazing. If you have ever had a microfiber couch, you know how dirty they can look with children and pets. Now it's easy to clean up. If you have pets one of the best attachments is the pet tool. This will pick up wet messes without filtering it back into the machine. Instead, it holds the dirty water in the attachment so that you can flush it down the toilet /sink separately. It's also great if your house gets the stomach flu and someone doesn't make it to the bathroom in time. After using the machine, it is easy to clean and store. The hose has an attached hose cleaner to dry off the interior of the hose, and the other compartments all easily snap off. I rinse and clean the brush as well as the dirty water compartment and set them out to air dry before storing and it all takes me less than 15 minutes. I will never go back to renting the machines at the big box stores because this machine is more convenient and does the job with amazing results. I have used it both to spot treat one area, and for an entire room with ease. The carpets have never looked cleaner and small messes don't stress me out because I know that the Shark CarpetXpert will leave my carpets looking clean and smelling fresh.
