I just received this and used it on my 9x12 half black and half white rug that my 4 dogs are CONSTANTLY on. I normally have it professionally cleaned 2-3x/year, but I got sick of paying for it and purchased this product in hopes that I could start cleaning it every other month. I can't believe how well this worked. I only had to go over it ONE time and it was sparkling white in all the white areas just like when it's professionally cleaned. The dry time was even better than the professional clean as well. I am a highly satified customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of one that I had purchased previously that stopped dispensing water/solution. I love this machine, so easy to operate whether you are carpet cleaning, spot cleaning or using the upholstery tool. The solutions work very well. I have 3 cats who often make messes and this is a life saver. I also love how my carpet doesn't feel overly saturated and it dries within 4-6 hours!

I have a medically complex kiddo who's still in diapers and a senior dog who's entering diapers. I needed a workhorse but something that was feasible for my home. I've always been a Shark Vacuum lover so I bought my first Shark Carpet Cleaner. Here's my thoughts. No paid advertising, I bought it full price with my money. I'm just simply this impressed. The pet tool for urine. Game changer. The tanks yes they are smaller but I'll take emptying a tank an extra few times for the power of this machine. Not having a button to push to spray takes some getting used to but the dry mode again. Game changer. The force of the water and then the suction cuts through it all. Also, if you are scent sensitive as I am please note it's a soft citrus scent. Smells good without giving me a headache. Attaching a photo of a part of the rug that I cleaned and I left the rest dirty. See the difference.

I really like this machine. It gets the carpet really clean and for a great price. The extraction was good and didn't leave any residue or odor other than the nice smell of the cleaner. It helped get stains out.

Most innovative carpet cleaning system. Easy to use and clean. With the best suction I have ever had on a home carpet cleaner! I am a shark fan forever

This carpet cleaner is phenomenal. I cleaned my entire second floor with it, and the tank was full of black water. I never could guess what was gonna come out of my carpet and boy was disgusted. I can’t wait to do it again it’s very satisfying to see how clean your carpets can be with this incredible product!!!

I love this shampooer it works great except for the hand heard part of have work but once. It runs you can feel it trying to pump it the shampoo from the tub but nothing comes out. I still use it upright. I need to contact shark to see about getting that part fixed but just haven't had time. Best I've ever used when it comes to cleaning carpets.

It's cleans well but has a lot of design flaws. I do like the suction power it pull the dirt out the bottom of the rug. the waters be black . I hate the hose location it keeps falling every time you bump into the sofa or wall .they need to make the water tank bigger and the hose is weak it broke in half not even a full year with the machine . I also hate when the bottom tank starts getting full dirty water starts comes out the side of the machine getting all over the walls or sofa . I have to wipe everything down beside that it does a great job especially the hose picks up just about everything that needs to be cleaned.

We are on our 3rd shark stainstriker carpet cleaner and we are happy with the hand tool, but this does not spray and clean carpets well, we love ninja products but shark is poor quality. Our first one broke within 5 months, we got a replacement and that one broke within 2 uses and now, this one is on its 4th use and it's not spraying well, never buying another shark but will always buy ninja products. Shark, learn to also increase your capacity cause it's also poor. After this one takes a dump, we are going back to hoover because they atleast last 4+ years. Waste on money on 3 shark products. (Edit) Tried again today a couple of weeks later and just shut of COMPLETELY! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS WITH THE WAY SHARK MAKES THEIR PRODUCTS.

I bought this in June and it broke already. Two uses in it started shooting water out the side of it but it stopped doing it after being turned off and on so I thought it would be ok. Turns out not. Such a disappointment, especially considering how much I paid for it.
