The shark "Pet Xpert" carpet cleaner is Amazing! Better than I could hope for. It picks up the pet hair which is something I didn't expect. The only problem I have is a light should be mounted above the see thru window where the water goes up. As every carpet cleaner I've had has lacked in the past. This way u can see when u have gotton a majority of the water up.

🍋🍋🍋🍋 The first machine started badly leaking clean water out the back after 3 uses. They sent a new one, which was great. Unfortunately after two uses it also started leaking water out the back and down into the motor, and now there is no power. I can't believe there aren't more bad reviews because wow, what a waste of money and disappointment.

Pure garbage. Dumps the clean water and solution but vacuums up so very little. When we returned it to our big box retailer, the return clerk told us that they get several of these returned each and every week. She said that most returns have the same problem as our did. We have a professional carpet cleaning company scheduled for tomorrow to try and salvage the damage done thanks to this USELESS machine. Thanks Shark.

This is by far the worst carpet cleaner we have owned. It is a pain to operate because if you want it to stop spraying cleaning fluid you have to switch it to "quick dry" mode on the body of the cleaner. The capacity of the dirty water reservoir is so small and there is no heat. I also feel that on high pile carpet it does not extract enough of the water. After cleaning and using the quick dry mode I was still able to get a lot of liquid out of the carpet using the hand tools. I am extremely underwhelmed and wish I had stuck with our previous brand.

Have the Shark Carpet expert hair pro. Have only had it a couple months and it has started leaking dirty water from the bottom. Not sure what the issue is. Otherwise cleans very well.

I was excited to use this was o clean my couch today. I got it all set up to use went to plug it in and discovered the grounding prong is missing from the electrical plug.

I bought this carpet machine to replace my previous one made by another brand. This machine is phenomenal! Easy to use, powerful suction, great for pet hair and stains, and the cleaning solutions smell so good! Highly recommend.

It's been broken for a while it just leaks all of the tank water out on the floor if you let it set. I paid for extended warranty but the website gives you the run around and no direct link to file a claim.

I bought this almost a year ago and it works very well. It works so well that I let my mom use it and now she wants one! She has used bissell for years and is kinda a tight wad. The brush roll is better than most carpet cleaners.
