I purchased this product for less than a year ago and was so excited because of all of the good reviews. I do exactly what the product states to ensure it stays clean and is wash all my parts correctly. I’m not sure if I got a defective one but now every single time I use the machine it barely works. The spray barely comes out of the bottom and it barely suctions. I am so upset as I’m a single mother of four and had really high hopes for this product.

I have had this machine for 2 months I think. I have 10 cats…. Sooo I clean a lot of messes. I love the smell of the shampoo it came with. The machine is a little heavy, but I find I like it because it makes me feel like it’s sucking more water up. I love how easily everything comes apart so it can be cleaned. The only thing I do not like about this machine is if you go past the fill line it will start to spit out the dirty water through the sides of the machine. It’s pretty gross.

I bought this in advance of the holidays because we had pet accidents in the past that, while cleaned up by hand, left me with the lingering feeling that a good deep down cleaning would be the wiser thing to do. This machine does a great job of a more thorough cleaning especially when the cleaner is boosted by the oxi additive. It is not too light which is actually a good thing when it comes to sucking up the dirty water. I am pleased with the results.

If you have hard floors DO NOT leave it on the floor. I did as I do with all previous cleaners and none ever ruined my floor. This Shark Xpert leaked from the bottom (unbeknownst to me) and ruined 3 planks. Buckling them at the joints. Now that section of my floor needs to be replaced! I will be returning this product before it ruins anything else with its leaking (which it's not suppose to do). Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

I used this for the first time today, and it’s AMAZING! The hand tool quickly got up pet stains, spills, and dirty spots in my carpet. My carpet smells and looks clean, and I love it! It’s a little heavy to push when you first fill it, but it’s worth it. I strongly recommend this carpet cleaner.

I have a Bissell, and I thought it was doing a good job. But because I had back surgery, I needed something that was lighter, not so heavy. Boy did I have a good idea. This cleaner is absolutely wonderful. I’ve never used a cleaner that once the carpet dried I didn’t have to go back and re-clean areas with worse than normal stains. This cleaner is absolutely wonderful.

Awesome carpet cleaner. Got all our stains, dirt and all up. Especially with the hand held wand. It cleans the carpets and lifts them back to life. It does use a lot of the water and soap. You can probably get one room per fill and drain with it. So, order lots of extra soap for it.

I bought this a few weeks ago and since we just the bathroom remodeled thus leaving stains on the carpet. I thought there was no way the carpet would come clean. Boy l, was I wrong! The Shark Carpet Cleaner worked wonders... I won't say the carpet looks brand new but it looks amazing. The orie they charge for the machine is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super happy with this thing. I got this one primarily because of the dual function capability as a "floor" carpet cleaner and extractor. Set-up and use is super straight forward. The very first thing I did was clean all the carpets and seats in my truck and it did a fantastic job. The exact same day I cleaned the carpet in my primary bedroom in very little time. If I had to pick a flaw it would be cleaning after use it a bit cumbersome but in all honesty I don't really see how you can avoid that with something like this. Pro Tip: Go ahead and order more of the cleaning solution that comes with it immediately. The small bottles that come with it will get you started but will not last you long.
