Not very impressed. Its pricey and definitely didnt work how people keep saying.

Received two months ago and I love it. I would refer this carpet shampoo to anyone with pets/children.

This thing is incredible! It sucks all the dirt out of the carpet. I used it in my car as well. The water was disgusting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to give this Shark CarpetXpert™ with Stainstriker™ Carpet Cleaner a try because we have a Shark vacuum cleaner and have been very happy with the quality and durability. We had just rented a carpet cleaner from a local store and we were very disappointed. It didn't clean well and pet stains were left behind. This was a great opportunity to test the Shark and it couldn't have gone better. It was easy to set up and use, and together with the wand for small areas and the stairs, it cleaned every stain. We went over the carpet we had just cleaned with the rental unit and couldn't believe how dirty the water was. This is a very effective cleaning machine and I highly recommend it!

I purchased this product for less than a year ago and was so excited because of all of the good reviews. I do exactly what the product states to ensure it stays clean and is wash all my parts correctly. I’m not sure if I got a defective one but now every single time I use the machine it barely works. The spray barely comes out of the bottom and it barely suctions. I am so upset as I’m a single mother of four and had really high hopes for this product.

I have never used a carpet shampoo vacuum. I have to say I was very impressed with my Shark CarpetXpert. It Really did a great job in removing 4 year old stains, it also dries your carpets very quickly. Easy to use, instructions are simple and user friendly. I also love how easy it is to clean and take apart. I’m am very impressed and 1000% recommend.

I have had this machine for 2 months I think. I have 10 cats…. Sooo I clean a lot of messes. I love the smell of the shampoo it came with. The machine is a little heavy, but I find I like it because it makes me feel like it’s sucking more water up. I love how easily everything comes apart so it can be cleaned. The only thing I do not like about this machine is if you go past the fill line it will start to spit out the dirty water through the sides of the machine. It’s pretty gross.

I have an older dog (16 yrs old) who has lost control of his bladder. There are times I do not get him outside fast enough and he has an accident on my carpet. This carpet cleaner is so lightweight and easy to use, I do not mind getting out and using it nearly on a daily basis (sometimes more than once a day).
