I have a shark vacuum that I our he’d 15 years ago and it still works great. I bought this carpet cleaner a couple of years ago, now it doesn’t work. I spent good money for this and now I’ve waisted hundreds of dollars. Very disappointed.

WOW, what a surprise. I bought the EX201 thinking it would work so so. what a surprise. my carpet came out looking so good. I'm 76 years old. This unit is so easy to handle. Very easy to clean after use. Best cleaner I have ever used.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy with the build quality. I have only used a little to try it out but it seemed to work well. I look forward to cleaning the carpet in our apartment in the next couple of weeks.

The Shark CarpetXpert that I bought is wonderful. It works great and cleans up stains that were not removed with other carpet cleaners, both owned and rented. I also like that it leaves the rugs much drier.
