I’m so happy I bought this! I was skeptical at first I’ve used other brands(crosswaves and Hoover brands) and nothing has worked the way this does! I only use shark products and this is a game changer! Extremely happy with it.

I just bout mine and I’m In love. Two kids, ages 2 and 5, love snacks while watching TV. Our carpet was stained, but a helpful product cleaned it. I recommend it! #sharkstainstriker u the best

It works well when it works. I bought one and it only dispensed the soapy water but didn't suck it back up. Was left with a big mess and a very wet carpet. Called and they sent a new one. Hopefully won't have the same problem

I used to use an old school hoover steam back deluxe. It finally  Stopped working. So I picked this up….**** I THOUGHT my carpet was clean. Wow let’s just say I’m glad I picked this up. Great purchase. Pick one up for yourselfs.

I love it except the hand tool. There is no where to hook it up out of the way. I hate that. It's always in the way or I have to hold it in my hand while cleaning.

Purchased a month ago and I love it. Only flaw that I've found is the place you attach your hose before and after use. It's awkward and confusing. Properly placing hose can be difficult and frustrating

This thing is HORRIBLE.  Have had it for a month and it leaks from the hose and the bottom of the unit.  So bad I end up recleaning what I just cleaned!!  Don’t bother with this.  NOT WORTH IT

This is so great I really enjoy it not many uses and it has cleaned very well. Easy to use as well and having the handheld to already attached and being able to switch it with no problem is wonderful.
