This is so great I really enjoy it not many uses and it has cleaned very well. Easy to use as well and having the handheld to already attached and being able to switch it with no problem is wonderful.

I can’t believe I have been living on this carpet!! Why did I not own one of these sooner, I didn’t even know my carpet was this color! I will be doing this like every week now. This is wonderful. Thank you.

Shark is the best products ever. I have ever had no problems out of shark products. I believe in shark products. Then any other vacuum cleaner in stores. If any wants my advice go with shark products. I have been use shark for years.

I have only used this machine a few times, but it works wonderfully. I have 2 inside dogs and grandkids. We live in the country so things get tracked in. First use it took up stains that were set in and hard to get up.

We got this about a month ago and have used it twice. We had puppies and they were using the carpet as a potty. Well this machine worked great. The bottle of carpet solution that comes with this will do about 4 loads.

I bought this about a month ago and used it immediately on my area rugs and my furniture I absolutely love it it works great and everything smells wonderful afternoon I was amazed by the dirty water in my tank wonderful I was cleans everything

I’ve owned it less then 3 months worked great then one day I couldn’t get any water to come out it kept saying lever was messed up we took it apart cleaned it and still no water coming out

I am glad I bought this carpet machine. the dirt that came out of the carpet into the holding tank was gross. This machine is easy to use when following the instructions.

I used to use an old school hoover steam back deluxe. It finally  Stopped working. So I picked this up….**** I THOUGHT my carpet was clean. Wow let’s just say I’m glad I picked this up. Great purchase. Pick one up for yourselfs.

I’m so happy I bought this! I was skeptical at first I’ve used other brands(crosswaves and Hoover brands) and nothing has worked the way this does! I only use shark products and this is a game changer! Extremely happy with it.
