We got this about a month ago and have used it twice. We had puppies and they were using the carpet as a potty. Well this machine worked great. The bottle of carpet solution that comes with this will do about 4 loads.

Has good suction water tanks little small Will not be able to do a whole room, but great on spots, if you have a dog Or another animal, it will take three fill ups to do a whole room Other than that, I'm satisfied with it.

I am glad I bought this carpet machine. the dirt that came out of the carpet into the holding tank was gross. This machine is easy to use when following the instructions.

Amazing! Easy set up, and I was ready to go. The before, and after of my wall-to-wall rug was truly incredible. This is a lifesaver and the drying mode is brilliant.

I bought this a month ago and I have used it a few times. I am very disappointed. This carpet shampooed has no suction and my carpets are soaked. Will be returning.

I purchased this item because I was having a lot of allergy issues. Hopefully after a few rounds of cleaning I will have them under control. Very easy to use and clean.

I’ve owned it less then 3 months worked great then one day I couldn’t get any water to come out it kept saying lever was messed up we took it apart cleaned it and still no water coming out

This is so great I really enjoy it not many uses and it has cleaned very well. Easy to use as well and having the handheld to already attached and being able to switch it with no problem is wonderful.
