I bought this a couple of weka ago and I’m loving it. After cleaning my area rugs and carpet everything about the room smelled so much better. I also got the steam mop with my purchase. I used it on my bathroom floor and not only did it do a great job cleaning but the drying time was so fast. I’m so happy I took the investment to purchase this item. Best part it’s so easy to clean the carpet cleaner so it looks new all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a must if you have carpet. It was easy to assemble. It comes with attachments to clean furniture. You just power it on and glide it across the carpet, it deposits what’s needed. You glide it back towards you and it removes the dirt from your floors. The tanks are easy to remove and clean. The brushes do a great job at scrubbing stains out. You have a lever near the bottom that you lift if you use the attachments. I’ve never had a machine that was so easy to use and did such a wonderful job. My carpets look fantastic. It has 2 cleaning tanks and solutions, one you dilute and the other you do not.

Have had nothing but problems with this carpet cleaner. I have a small living area and it took 6 tanks just to clean it. Another thing is the waste water tank. The carpet cleaner shuts off when it is not even half way full resulting in me emptying it every couple minutes. It also takes about 5 seconds to shut off and during that time the dirty water will spray out of the vents until completely shut down resulting in clean carpet turning back into dirty carpet. The hose attachment also comes off very easily and will come off if barely touched.

It uses a high pressure sprayer to really help clean our carpets. It comes with a pet tool, crevise tool, a hose cleaning tool and a reverse brush. The cleaners that came with it worked very well. It has a hand held attachment for spot cleaning and upholstry.

A nice carpet cleaner, very easy to use and clean. So many Pros but one Cons--leaves the carpet wet. There is no heating for dry. But because the company promises a good suction it should help to dry fast. Because no one pays attention to how much the machine picks up water from the carpet. I even measure the dirty water and it looks like more than 50% of the water still stays on the carpet. I have used the dry mode for so long and my carpet is still wet. Also, I wish there was a rinsing option with just clean water. Why leave soap on a carpet to dry? (its like to do a laundry without rinsing). Sorry, have to return it.

We've had a number of accidents abs thanks to Shark, you wouldn't even know. The simplicity of this vacuum and the quality of the suction is unmatched. I've used Bissel and Hoover vacuums in the best, this tops them both.
