The brushes are very easily removed, cleaned, and replaced, as well. Worth the money to me; highly recommended! You won't regret it!

I have always loved the Shark products so when I saw an ad for this one I decided it would replace the Bissell that just gave up on me. This one cleans great and made my white rug white again. Very lightweight (I'm 77 yy and I can't lug a heavy machine around anymore). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that it had to be refilled too often. Seems like I was pouring out the dirty water and adding clean water after cleaning just a few feet of carpet. Other than that, I loved the way it cleaned and handled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other vacuum brands in the past and Shark is by far the best. Shark is the best quality and sturdy. I have a dog and this vacuum does a great job with cleaning up dog hair especially out of of the carpet.

I bought this cleaner about two weeks ago. I had an 8 x 10 rug cleaned some months ago and when the cleaner asked how I liked his wo4rk, I said the rug was still dirty. He told me if he cleaned it any more, it would show the back of the rug. My mother had a rug cleaner 50 years ago it it seemed like a struggle but I bought this one after I saw the ad and read some of the reviews. I started cleaning my rug. Below I will show the dirty water it picked up after 2 tanks of water and solution The rug was just dirty. This cleaner was easy to use and I love how Shark makes all it products so you can take apart the pieces and put them together. It was GREAT!!! Sorry I couldn't add the photo.

A nice carpet cleaner, very easy to use and clean. So many Pros but one Cons--leaves the carpet wet. There is no heating for dry. But because the company promises a good suction it should help to dry fast. Because no one pays attention to how much the machine picks up water from the carpet. I even measure the dirty water and it looks like more than 50% of the water still stays on the carpet. I have used the dry mode for so long and my carpet is still wet. Also, I wish there was a rinsing option with just clean water. Why leave soap on a carpet to dry? (its like to do a laundry without rinsing). Sorry, have to return it.

First I was very excited to get my carpet cleaner. I have several shark and ninja products and love them all. It was very easy to put together. I did watch the video on how to use because  that was easier for me then reading the directions. So simple to add the water and solution. I cleaned two area rugs that didn’t seem to be that dirty but I was wrong. The water was so dark and the machine pulled a lot of pet hair up. On both the carpets I had a few stains that I purposely had left set in so I could see how well the machine would clean them. To my surprise all of them came out without me having to go over them several times. There was only one spot I had to get the stain striker hose out and use on. I had one chair that had greasy spots on it and came right out. Th machine itself was easy to use. Emptying the dirty water was very easy. When I was finished cleaning the brush roll was also very easy to do. Th only complaint I have is I wish the water and solution tank was a little bigger. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this shark carpet cleaner and it is so nice it was very easy to assemble no issues there very light weight and cleaned the carpet very well. I used it on the furniture as well because we do have pets and I’d have to say it did not disappoint at all. It did a fantastic job cleaning everything and when we were done it was easy to clean and also store. Will definitely recommend to everyone to go and buy for themselves

Easily cleans large areas quickly and thoroughly and you can clearly see the amount of dirt or dog pee this pulls out with the clear liquid container. I would highly recommend this if you want more than spot cleaner.

I received mine a few days ago. I LOVE IT!!!!!! I originally did my homework, I have 4 small dogs, wanted one that could be used on rugs and sofa. Based on all the tests and peoples reviews I at first bought the new Bissell with the steam. I ruined my rug, pulled out some of the pattern and its ability to remove water is like a toddler sucking through a straw. The tank emptied into my rug and extracted maybe 2 cups. Took my rug 3 days to dry with fans on it. Bissell said it was because the rug was wool and their machine is geared toward scrubbing and dirt removal, but wool old onto water, LOL. They refunded my money. DO NOT BUY THE BISSELL WITH STEAM, ALSO The steam is only for pretreating, they fail to mention that tidbit. So I have been rereading and saw an independent video on the Shark Xpert. It sold me.....That video talked about the extraction, and you can choose only extract....PERFECT!
