This is the first carpet cleaner I have owned that is Shark brand and boy am I impressed. I have been using the Crevice Tool on every piece of furniture I own and it has pulled out stains and dirt that I didn't even know existed! The pet tool helps remove my 3 cat household hairballs from the carpet and furniture with ease. No stains or hairs left behind! The cleaning solution is light and airy with no harmful chemical smells and gets rid of the tough stains I've had like juices, foods, and pet related stains. Don't hesitate on grabbing this vacuum, you won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The older I get the more satisfied I become with getting dirt out of my home! The Shark CarpetXpert with Stainstriker works amazingly well! I tried it on a area rug that I have had for about 5 years now. I have a dog and a small spot cleaner that I would always use on this rug whenever there were any accidents. I always thought it was fairly clean until using this. I was so disgusted and excited to see all of the dirt that came out of the rug! It was extremely easy to use, and did not involve me bending down and scrubbing like my small spot cleaner. The dirty water tank does fill up very fast but I’m guessing that’s because it was very dirty. I did vacuum before using the CarpetXpert but the CarpetXpert made me realize my vacuum is not as strong as I thought because it still pulled out dog hair, that I was able to pick up! The smell of the solution is nice, and not overpowering. The CarpetXpert also comes apart very easily so that you can clean out all of the parts if there is dog hair or anything sticking to the brush. I have learned the hard way in the past that it is always best to clean out these types of machines after each use, so no additional dirt or stink stays in them!

I have always loved the Shark products so when I saw an ad for this one I decided it would replace the Bissell that just gave up on me. This one cleans great and made my white rug white again. Very lightweight (I'm 77 yy and I can't lug a heavy machine around anymore). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that it had to be refilled too often. Seems like I was pouring out the dirty water and adding clean water after cleaning just a few feet of carpet. Other than that, I loved the way it cleaned and handled.

First use and I'm impressed! I have two small children and 6 cats with beige carpet, so I was looking for an effective, easy to use carpet cleaner. The CarpetXpert is perfect! It's so easy to go from Stainstriker to Deep Clean to Quick Dry without even turning it off! Stains came up quickly and the carpet was dry within a couple hours. The 5 year warranty is awesome too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other vacuum brands in the past and Shark is by far the best. Shark is the best quality and sturdy. I have a dog and this vacuum does a great job with cleaning up dog hair especially out of of the carpet.

Am returning this carpet cleaner as you have to change water and add product after small areas of rug cleaning! Water tank fills only half with dirty water and must be changed. Must then add more water and cleaning product . Did 3’ x3’ area only and needed refills. Too much work- too expensive yo use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far one of the better carpet cleaners that I have used. Extremely easy to set up and begin using. The high pressure spray allows to get deep into the carpet to eliminate the toughest stains. The handheld attachment simplifies getting into harder to reach areas like steps. Also, the quick drying time is great! All in all, this is a great product that should not be passed up.

This carpet cleaner has exceeded my expectations. I owned a shark vacuum for over 10 years and it held up so well, I figured why not try a carpet cleaner. I've been in the market for one for a year now. In owning it the past month I have used it throughout my house on carpets, steps, arms of couches, etc. It can cleaned old stains from our dog, newer stains that were same day. I've found it to be easy to clean. The suction is great and dry mode is wonderful if you really need to speed up the drying time. I highly recommend.

The brushes are very easily removed, cleaned, and replaced, as well. Worth the money to me; highly recommended! You won't regret it!

I bought this cleaner about two weeks ago. I had an 8 x 10 rug cleaned some months ago and when the cleaner asked how I liked his wo4rk, I said the rug was still dirty. He told me if he cleaned it any more, it would show the back of the rug. My mother had a rug cleaner 50 years ago it it seemed like a struggle but I bought this one after I saw the ad and read some of the reviews. I started cleaning my rug. Below I will show the dirty water it picked up after 2 tanks of water and solution The rug was just dirty. This cleaner was easy to use and I love how Shark makes all it products so you can take apart the pieces and put them together. It was GREAT!!! Sorry I couldn't add the photo.
