[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far one of the better carpet cleaners that I have used. Extremely easy to set up and begin using. The high pressure spray allows to get deep into the carpet to eliminate the toughest stains. The handheld attachment simplifies getting into harder to reach areas like steps. Also, the quick drying time is great! All in all, this is a great product that should not be passed up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to give this Shark CarpetXpert™ with Stainstriker™ Carpet Cleaner a try because we have a Shark vacuum cleaner and have been very happy with the quality and durability. We had just rented a carpet cleaner from a local store and we were very disappointed. It didn't clean well and pet stains were left behind. This was a great opportunity to test the Shark and it couldn't have gone better. It was easy to set up and use, and together with the wand for small areas and the stairs, it cleaned every stain. We went over the carpet we had just cleaned with the rental unit and couldn't believe how dirty the water was. This is a very effective cleaning machine and I highly recommend it!

First use and I'm impressed! I have two small children and 6 cats with beige carpet, so I was looking for an effective, easy to use carpet cleaner. The CarpetXpert is perfect! It's so easy to go from Stainstriker to Deep Clean to Quick Dry without even turning it off! Stains came up quickly and the carpet was dry within a couple hours. The 5 year warranty is awesome too.

I finally used this product after it sat for 2 months. it works ok I will not give it a 10 . because your constantly adding water and cleaner and draining the dirty water. small resovoirs for holding water. you cant get very far before you need to add water and empty the dirty water. Needs to have bigger capacity.

After considering getting a small spot carpet cleaner for years, I am very excited about this Shark CarpetXpert, which allows me to clean my entire house quickly. I can clean an entire room at one time with ease. Previously, we would have to rent a machine to do the whole house and block off an entire weekend to get it done. Now, I can do one room at a time as fits into our busy schedules. And the Shark CarpetXpert does not disappoint. It picks up so much dirt and leaves the carpets not only looking new, but smelling fresh. Out of the box, it's easy to assemble, and came with the cleaning solutions you need to use it right away. The attachments for both stairs and upholstery are amazing. If you have ever had a microfiber couch, you know how dirty they can look with children and pets. Now it's easy to clean up. If you have pets one of the best attachments is the pet tool. This will pick up wet messes without filtering it back into the machine. Instead, it holds the dirty water in the attachment so that you can flush it down the toilet /sink separately. It's also great if your house gets the stomach flu and someone doesn't make it to the bathroom in time. After using the machine, it is easy to clean and store. The hose has an attached hose cleaner to dry off the interior of the hose, and the other compartments all easily snap off. I rinse and clean the brush as well as the dirty water compartment and set them out to air dry before storing and it all takes me less than 15 minutes. I will never go back to renting the machines at the big box stores because this machine is more convenient and does the job with amazing results. I have used it both to spot treat one area, and for an entire room with ease. The carpets have never looked cleaner and small messes don't stress me out because I know that the Shark CarpetXpert will leave my carpets looking clean and smelling fresh.

I bought this 2 months ago and I'm thrilled with the results. I have an older dog who leaks and sometimes has diarea on the carpet and this machine cleans everything up instantly with no heavy wetting and no effort. Very easy to operate and you will quickly fall in love with the convenience of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So light weight and easy to use. Assembly instrctions were simple and I was able to put it together without any help from my husband. I have an older dog (16 yrs old) who has lost control of his bladder. There are times I do not get him outside fast enough and he has an accident on my carpet. This carpet cleaner is so lightweight and easy to use, I do not mind getting out and using it nearly on a daily basis (sometimes more than once a day).

I bought this a couple of weka ago and I’m loving it. After cleaning my area rugs and carpet everything about the room smelled so much better. I also got the steam mop with my purchase. I used it on my bathroom floor and not only did it do a great job cleaning but the drying time was so fast. I’m so happy I took the investment to purchase this item. Best part it’s so easy to clean the carpet cleaner so it looks new all the time.

You just power it on and glide it across the carpet, it deposits what’s needed. You glide it back towards you and it removes the dirt from your floors. The tanks are easy to remove and clean. The brushes do a great job at scrubbing stains out. You have a lever near the bottom that you lift if you use the attachments. I’ve never had a machine that was so easy to use and did such a wonderful job. My carpets look fantastic. It has 2 cleaning tanks and solutions, one you dilute and the other you do not.

Easily cleans large areas quickly and thoroughly and you can clearly see the amount of dirt or dog pee this pulls out with the clear liquid container. I would highly recommend this if you want more than spot cleaner.
