Removed deep soiled areas of a rug, which I thought our dog had ruined. Nope, the stain was gone after just one cleaning. Super easy to use store away. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted to own a carpet cleaner and the Shark Carpet Xpert is just great! It’s easy to use and does a really good job cleaning my carpets. I’ve tried it on my area rugs too! They look really fantastic.

I bought this 2 months ago and I'm thrilled with the results. I have an older dog who leaks and sometimes has diarea on the carpet and this machine cleans everything up instantly with no heavy wetting and no effort. Very easy to operate and you will quickly fall in love with the convenience of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the 5 years we’ve been in our house we haven’t done anything to the carpets but vacuum. Using this deep carpet cleaner we were amazed and appalled at how much dirt it picked up!! The cleaner was easy to setup and the instructions were straightforward. All the controls were intuitive and labeled nicely so it was easy to start using. We first did a deep clean with water and the concentrated solution and followed with a warm water clean on “quick dry mode”. Wow it’s amazing the difference!

I purchased the CarpetXpert a few months ago. I knew the true test of of it was going to be this area rug in our family room. I clean my carpets regularly- sometimes more often than not with 4 small dogs. This area rug is 20 years old and in excellent condition- just was dirty. Living near the beach is wonderful, but the sand is not. It is a constant battle. I own just about every carpet cleaner out there. Each one does something the other one cannot. This is the first carpet cleaner that actually does everything! From cleaning stairs and upholstery to carpets to area rugs it does it all. My other rug cleaners are heavy and clunky. This shark is rather light and easy to get up and down three flights of stairs. Yesterday, I began my spring cleaning. Of course I was super excited to try this machine out on these area rugs. The machine has some serious suctioning capabilities. To my amazement our area rugs look brand new! I was floored by the color of the dirty water that came out. It was midnight last night when I decided it was time to go to bed. I had just started on this area rug. I could tell it was significantly cleaner. This morning though when the sun shined in through the sliding glass door I was in shock!!! The pictures below will show you why. This machine is top of the line. It was carefully thought out. Each mode on this machine works much better than expected. I no longer have to pay to have these area rugs deep cleaned. Just one visit from our local carpet cleaning company is the equivalent of the cost of this carpet cleaner. It is money well spent!! What are you waiting for?? Go get yours today!!!

Does an awesome job cleaning and sucking up the water but the water tanks are so small you are constantly stopping to empty the dirty water and refill the water & solution tank. You have no control of the water which I really don’t like. It’s a work out to clean a room. Not meant for an entire house carpet cleaning. For a tiny room maybe. It does clean better than any shampooer I’ve owned but it takes triple the amount of work & time. Very easy to clean up the machine when finished. No belts to worry about breaking which is awesome. You waste a lot of the water/solution because you have no control of it. You have to constantly switch between modes so you can move the machine just to do another pass of suction and no water. It’s exhausting! The solution bottle is so freaking small. You will need too many to clean a house. Ridiculous! I’m not sure it’s worth all the hassle

I just bought this cleaner and very disappointed that it goes through the bottle of soap very fast and only cleans half my room. The soap us very expensive and hard to find in the store. Very inconvenient when you need more soap and the store doesn't have it. Light weight and nice looking but would not purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy having my new Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker. I finally have a machine that gets stains out of our family room carpet. It comes with multiple attachments and it’s very easy to assemble and get’s into the littles spaces. After one cleaning session anyone could see a big difference and once it dries I plan to clean it again to work out even more dirt. The Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker machine has an amazing suction component and I could not believe the amount of dirt that appeared after using it. The Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker will bring back softness and fluffiness to any carpet and efficiently eliminate the toughest odors in an instant. This cleaning device works on carpet and area rugs throughout your home. I would definitely recommend the Shark Carpet X pert Stain Striker you will not be disappointed and is suitable for both small and large jobs.

I bought the shark carpet xpert with stain striker a week ago after watching the infomercial! Mark (the founder) was NOT lying! It does anything he said and smell wonderful!! I cleaned several spots from my dog (number2) that had been in my carpet for over a month. We rented a commercial carpet cleaner and also used a spot carpet cleaner that we already own and the spots were still there. Barely noticeable but still there. I would recommend a million times! If you have carpet and kids and/or pets you NEED this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxed the unit and read the instructions which was very easy to assemble. Used it in my family room and it e performed beyond expectations. I think this would be an ideal size for an apartment or small areas. Only wish the dirty water compartment held more. Otherwise Great product.
