Just arrived yesterday. Installed necessary hardware. Connected propane to it and it fired right up. Everything so fare appears to be as advertised. I like the remote start feature.

The WGen9500DF Portable Generator has been a valuable asset in my off grid situation. I like the fact that it can be operated with gasoline or propane. I highly recommend this product.

We bought this to use with our transfer switch and it works great! The electric start is awesome and the generator runs great. I definitely recommend it. We used it with gas, but it also runs off of propane.

I have yet to test it under a load. She's loud and pretty noisey. But, due to its weight, I can't return it. So, I have to figure out how to make this work in my configuration. Or, sell it.

This works great! I’ve been having trouble with the gas going bad in my old generator because I don’t need it often. I need something I can count on when the power goes out. With the propane use in this one it will never go bad!

We have recently had a wildfire come through where we live and we’re without power for 10 days. We got this generator so that we will be much more comfortable when the power goes out! It is quiet and powerful! Best investment!

Unit came well packaged with no damage. Set up was straightforward and without complication. Haven't had to run it yet, so probably more to come. Really like the features and hopefully the ease of use once I need to fire it up.
