Excellent description of product. Easy to start up. The remote fob feature is awesome. We used propane to test it and we start it monthly and it works properly. We are very happy with this product.

We had a tornado and lost power for 6 days in our rural home. We purchased this unit and when we needed it again it powered our entire house. Well pump, Central air, and water heater. I didn't expect it to do all of that.

Just bought a Wgen9500tfc very happy witth it able to power up my whole house and use my 3.5ton ac unit note I do have a soft start on the unit highly recommend

I haven’t had to use it yet, but i did unbox it and test ran it to make sure everything works correctly. The remote start is a great feature! Its not too loud, and easy to operate.

After reviewing numerous reviews from customers and independent sites, this appeared to be a no brainer purchase. Easy setup and starts without a problem.

Runs great! Glad to have it. Was able to run just about everything in my house during the Texas storm. Power was out for 5 days no problems whatsoever.

I received generator with defect and damage to frame. The quality control seems to be poor as they sent me a generator with the 30A reset circuit breaker not installed as it does depress and looks broken. See all the attached pictures.

I purchased this after the great freeze of 2021. With the dual fuel options, it has capability to run our complete house during any power outage that occurs.

Got this generator to use with transfer switch at my home. Out of box it cranked right up. I own two smaller Westinghouse generators and will move them to other areas to use. So happy with this generator and great price.

Just opened this generator and put it together. All pieces were there and easy to assemble. Haven't had a need to use it yet and hoping not to, but know I have this beast in just in case.
