I bought this generator to run most of my house including: central A/C, refrigerator, lights, well pump, pool pump. Now I do not have to worry about having the temperature in my house at 92 degrees after a hurricane! Excellent generator, very glad that I bought it!

Great generator for a great price. Not many generators in this price range come with a 50amp service. My camper requires a 50amp service, therefore making the WGen9500 series a excellent match without breaking the bank. Not to mention the cool little things it comes with. Having a remote starter is beyond awesome in my opinion. Im looking forward to many years usage to come.

We love this generator. Once out of the box we only had to install the wheels that came with it. It is very heavy so the wheels are a great plus. It is easy to use either gasoline or propane and with the two fuel options it will always be ready to run during power outages. It is quite loud, but considering the size that is really not an issue. We bought a 30 ft 50 amp power cord which enabled us to put the generator inside a very well vented and one side open building. Once connected to the house via a 50amp generator inlet box, it served the whole house without an issue. This generator is a great item to have during power outage. We would definitely recommend it.

Bought the WGen9500DF. Unit was unscathed out of the box, very simple to assemble in 10 min max. Hooked up the battery, attached LP gas following the easy instructions. Unit started immediately, remote key fob works slick. Disconnected utility power and plugged generator into my house receptacle and had plenty of power to run all the essentials.

Very easy to set up and start. Added oil,put in fuel, started up first try. Have not tried to power the appliances yet. Would have given 5stars but the staples on the box scratched the frame in shipping. (Cosmetic damage only). Missing 2bolts and a washer. Looking forward to running the generator.

Generator arrived on time. Came with propane hose which was a surprise. Had electric plug hooked up to a 50 amp subpanel I had for a spa line I am not using. Shut off main breaker and locked in off position. Shut off the rest of house breakers. Started Generator on propane and it fired right up. Plugged in #6 wire extension cord from my sub panel to 50 amp generator plug in, turned on 50 amp spa breaker in main panel and everything worked. Was able to run refrigerator, microwave, and dryer at the same time after allowing each to start up. Generator worked great. Lots of features. Remote and push button start a real plus. Plenty of plugs and the dual fuel is reason I went with this model.

We have not used it yet other briefly connecting to our new transfer switch, but have run it and become familiar with all of the operating features and maintenance procedures. It easily provides enough power to run all 10 of our circuits. Easy to operate and the remote start feature is excellent. The manual pull start is nearly effortless. We are ready for the eminent PG&E shut downs this fall.

Bought this about a month ago with the intentions of using it primarily for backup power supply. I would have left 5stars but have not had the chance to use it. This item has all the features and capabilities that I was looking for in a generator at this price.

I bought this Generator to help protect my house and keep it running after Hurricane and/or power outages. It is the 9500 and I can run most everything in my house during an outage. It can be started remotely, electronically or by pulling the cord. I have everything set up and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. To my surprise it came with tools and oil to get me started. Not many do this any longer.

It is everything other reviewers said it was. Fairly simple to assemble and started up quickly (propane). I’m still learning—on how to get all features to work. Examples: light load idle, how many amps. the load is drawing. I just have one request it would be for the handle to lock up.
