We purchased the W9500DF generator a little over a month ago as an upgrade from our previous generator. So far, I’m very impressed with the electric and remote start features. We are still in the break in phase, but will soon be really putting it to the test. We have a 50 amp inlet and interlock switch so we can power pretty much everything in our house.

Purchase to use as standby power for home and farm. Will use with interlocked 60 amp breaker in the property master disconnect panel. Will have power to house and all out buildings. I installed all the switches, interlock, circuit breaker and inlet box. Generator was easy to setup following the easily explained instructions.

After losing power for three days we bought this to hook up to our electrical panel during outages. Texas seems to be dealing with this more and more. The electrician added a plug to our electrical panel and the generator can run most of our house. Amazing and so comforting to feel prepared. Great machine, high powered, love the versatility of tri fuel, easy to use, highly recommend.

I bought this two weeks ago and am thrilled with it! Packaging was perfect and it included everything even down to included tools. The folding handle makes it easy to move around and it's size is easy to store. We bought the generator for emergency power outage use and have every confidence it will perform as advertised.

The setup was easy and could be done by one person. The oil fill spills over, so fill it SLOWLY. It took another 1/4 quart to get it to the middle of the dipstick. It started on the 4th try, and the start button provides 3 attempts automatically. Nice feature! Be aware the Key FOB is clipped on the pull starter. Can't give a higher review yet as we haven't connected it to the house. But I know WH has the best products, as my Pressure Washer performed flawlessly this past summer.

This is one of the most feature rich, high output portable generators on the market. Key buying points for me were: Duel fuel is huge! The ability to use either gasoline or propane is perfect for me, and as a natural gas customer I will be adding the conversion kit to use natural gas for the most economical and environmentally friendly operation; 50amp output, most others in it's class only have a 30amp output; electric push button start and the 1st in class warranty. After unboxing, added the included oil, fueled it up and was running perfectly within minutes.

I received this a few weeks ago. It was in excellent condition. The unit assembled as instructed and the instructions were very good. The unit started and ran well. I have only used it for approximately 10 minutes so far and all appears to be good. I am pleased with all the features it comes with. I would definitely recommend it so far!

We have been looking for an affordable portable electric start generator large enough to power our house during outages. We currently have a different brand pull crank start one and don't have the strength to start it. We consulted with our electrician and he said this would be what we needed and was impressed with its ability. We haven't had to use it yet but it looks really good and started right up. I love the key fob making it easier for us to start due to health issues. This will be a big help as oxygen is needed in the house. Having an electric start is going to give us piece of mind. The 9500DF arrived in great condition. Unboxed and assembled and connected to propane and it started right up on 2nd attempt. Filled with gas a few days later and ran perfectly again. Haven’t used to power up my home yet, but I’m sure it will perform well.

I just received this generator a couple of days ago and have been busy setting it up and seeing out it works. The documentation was easy to follow and it was easy to set up. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up and operate. I now don't have to worry about going without power again.
