Bought couple months ago as a lesson in how to survive a hurricane! We’ve used sparingly but have had great experience. Quick start, easy directions and awesome lower pitch sound than most items of this size. Pretty sure it’s going to give us great service!

This generator came packaged nicely which kept it safe during delivery. This was very simple to put together with very minimal assembly. The generator came with very clear instructions and a manual. I am impressed with all the features this generator has. It has a very sharp look to it, not that it matters, but definitely worth noting. I followed the directions and it started up right away. I am very happy with this purchase!

Hello, I am mother of two and our power always goes out during the winter. This winter I was prepared with the dual powered generator. I also added the plug on the house. I was excited to use it but we didn't get a freeze this year. Ha, but I was ready.

This generator came with everything, wheel kit, battery, tool kit, oil funnel, even a quart of oil. It started right up with the push button start also with the remote fob.I plugged it into my transfer switch and ran my entire house AC and water heater no problem. Iam very happy with this generator and highly reccomend it.

I love the versatility of this product. The tri-fuel design is awesome, offering the convenience of natural gas, the economy of gasoline fuel, or the compromise of propane. I personally prefer the convenience and availability I get with use of natural gas. I don't have to worry that much about fuel availability in emergency situations! Plus, there's no gasoline cans or propane fuel tanks to haul around. I love that! Since my home is heated with natural gas and our ovens cook with natural gas, we practically have a whole-house generator! I highly recommend this product.

Bought this machine to power my welder and oh boy it has been a smooth machine to work with. Very intuitive and quick to learn, this machine will be with me for years. The sheer strength in compact size is amazing for traveling on the road. As a new business owner In mobile welding, this machine has been a great testament to its name. Bought the 9500DFc to run my home during power outages. Just finished the 5-hour breakin. Instructions were clear and after putting in the fluids it started without any struggle on the first try with the remote fob. During breakin, I had a freezer, a refrigerator, and halogen work lights connected to it. I also operated a 12-inch chop saw and a pool water pump. No issues. It was surprisingly easy to move around the garage, too. I feel confident it will meet my needs during the next prolonged power outage.

I experienced very quick delivery and received my WGen9500 in excellent condition. Good instruction manual enabled easy set up. Electric start with the remote start key fob is a welcome feature. My generator started immediately and runs strong. As I'm keeping this on hand for emergency backup power, when shutting down I will use the fuel shutoff to drain the carburetor. After a considerable amount of shopping and comparing options, I am very pleased with this Westinghouse generator.

This is the 2nd generator I bought within the month, I did not like the features of the first one so I went with Westinghouse this time and I am extremely satisfied. The push button start is very convenient as well as the remote start. It’s also easy to move around which is very nice. Highly recommend Westinghouse!

This model generator exemplifies excellent craftmanship, it will power everything in my house including the AC! It purrs quietly compared to most other brands and the remote key fob is a great feature! The 3 year warranty beats the 3 month or 1 year warranty other brands offer. Highly recommended.
