Easy to follow instructions and very little assembly needed. It started right away, and switched from gas to propane with just a little hesitation. Had to buy extra engine oil to bring it up to required level. Would be nice if they included a larger oil bottle. It appears to be well built. I bought it for emergency power during one of our Florida hurricanes and may connect it directly to the house in the future.

Bought this generator to power my home when we loose power. We live in north Idaho and just about every winter we loose power for at least a week. We have a well for a water source and electric water heater. This generator doesn't skip a beat with 2 of us taking showers. It powers all lights and electric stove. No regrets at all with this purchase.

My s/o and I were so surprised to see how well made this product was. It's not just a bunch of plastic screwed together. Everything is very sturdy and heavy. We believe this product will last us many years. It is also so great to have the dual fuel option.

I bought this generator after we lost power during a pretty bad Midwest storm. Packaging/instructions was great and it started and ran flawlessly. We used it primarily for our freezers and even powered the air conditioning in our camper. I'd recommend this unit to any homeowner looking for piece of mind during power outages. I fired it up a few random times since the initial purchase, purred like a champ. The auto start is a great option and the remote is coinvent too.

Received this generator as promised, looks great. Only took 45 min. to unpack and assemble, (wheels and front feet, add oil and fuel, plug in battery). It started right up with no issues. Ran on gas for a while then switched to propane while running with no issues, ran for a while then switched back, no issues. runs a little rough for only a second when switching between fuel sources but that is expected. Put a light load on it for break in, haven't ran whole house yet but expect it to work perfectly whenever power goes out again.

Waited too long to get this! Struggled for years with a smaller unreliable generator. This one runs my entire house, no problems. I got the Tri fuel, thought I'll only use propane or gasoline. Versatility is so helpful. Good looking and hard working, plus reliable!

I haven't used it yet. Simple set up and operation. The remote operation is nice. Recommend putting a brick or small board(wrap the item in an old towel or shirt to prevent scratches) under the generator to put on the wheels. It will make life easier.

We got the WGen9500 in case we lost power on our property. We read a lot of reviews and this model had the highest ratings for its kind and the features are awesome! 9500 running watts/ 12500 peak watts. Remote start , control panel, never flat wheels , fuel shut off valve, auto choke , etc...

This machine lived up to my expectations, it is powerful and very flexible in the included options as far as sockets and the dual fuel feature. It is a well built machine a sure savior for power outages. Powerful enough to run most of the circuits in my house

Purchased this November 2020, Very easy assembly to install feet and wheels. Happy with the fact that it burns propane and gas. We haven't used it yet but are confident that it will provide us with everything we may need in an emergency. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we have not used it yet.
