Received the product yesterday have not used it for an extended period yet, but just knowing I have it for that next power outage is real peace of mind. I think it will handle all my electrical needs for my whole house. Looks to be a very substantial piece of equipment.

Great product But my only complaint is that the unit was received damaged. Although It doesn’t affect the operation of the generator it does affect how it looks. There was no damage on the box that I received so I’m not quite sure if the damage happened prior to packaging or something was placed on the box that overloaded it and bent the cage protecting the fuel tank. But I would definitely Make the same decision to purchase this generator as it is a quality unit

I ordered it after having been left with no power for nearly 4 days in the worst winter in years. I decided that we weren’t going to go through that again. Soon after, I ordered one of these to use as backup for the essentials. It was on back order for about a month or so, but I picked it up and the box was in great shape. The wife and I unpacked it, filled it with the whole bottle of 10w30 oil it came with, which got it to the middle of the dipstick. I hooked up a 20 pound propane tank and the battery, programmed the remote, and started it the first time. Ran some power tools on it and let it run for 25 minutes to see if any issues developed. Rock solid! No issues and will put it in an enclosure to quiet it down a bit and keep the elements off of it, and still allow me to run it from within.

I bought this generator after using the 5300 to run our house after hurricane Laura. Other than initial setup and run I haven't loaded it down yet, but initial setup and run was butter and can't wait to use it for the house. This made a lot more sense than a fixed house generator for a fraction of the cost.

I got this last week and it is big enough for me to run my lights and my Well pump, and an AC unit. When my electricity goes out, I have no Water to flush toilet or for drinking due to being on an electric Well. This will supply all the amps and volts and watts I will need to alternate running the Well and the AC. The Well only needs to run a few times in the day to pump up pressure in the tank. No more have to save water in gallon milk cartons just to flush the commode. Thank You Westinghouse! And running on propane is a bonus.

Can't believe how easy the assembly was! 5 minutes to put the wheels and mounting feet on. Added oil, nice touch providing the oil as well! Added gas and and fired it up. Started instantly and worked like a charm. It's obviously very well built and I expect it will give me many years of service!

Bought this generator to power our 2500 sqft house for the winter in case we lose power. Seems well built, starts easy on propane or gas. Easy to move. Just add oil, hook up the fuel, plug the battery in and it's running. So far well worth the money.

This generator has it all, the best bang for your buck. Dual fuel and has a remote start and stop so you don't have to step out in bad weather what more can you ask for. Assembly was easy and hooking up to fuel was a breeze. Remote worked like a charm. I really did my homework on the generators out there and this one won hands down. So glad I purchased.

The generator is powerful enough to be a backup power supply for a house but small enough as portable. It is very simple to put together and it starts very easily using either the remote control or Start button on the unit. One wheel is damaged during the shipping (see pictures); otherwise, it would be a 5 Stars for the Overall Rating from me.

Ahead of the hurricane season this year I hurt my back checking aged generators and thought there had to be a better portable product available. I found it with this dual fuel model.
