Love it

The instructions are easy to read and understand. It is easy to start up and use and an all-around nice-looking piece of equipment. The wheels and handle make it a lot easier for an older person to move it around. I haven't "loaded it up" yet but am looking forward to seeing what this beast can do.

Easy setup

Took less than 15 minutes to unbox, attach wheels, and add oil. I wanted to see if it would start off the pull start without using the electric start. Easy pull and started within 3 or 4 pull. Electric start is a great feature along with the dual fuel option. Anxious to see how much of the house this unit will power.

Easy to use!

Recently purchased due to hurricane season and living in the South. 2 days after receiving we lost power and after 4 hours of no power we decided to give it a trial run. This was way easier to use then our previous one. No yanking on pull chords or having to prime and throttle things; literally just push a button and live the duel fuel option.

Power Plant

Bought this late August. During break in and after, ran different watt items from 1875W hair dryer, grinder, circular saw and even an old homemade squirrel cage fan that take a lot of juice to get turning. Ran separately and all together, drag on this generator was barely noticeable. This generator did not skip a beat. Although I am still trying to get my electrician out to hook the generator to my home, I have no worries that it will handle any needs of my home (everything but central air). I ran it on gas and propane and was able to switch fuels while running without any problems. I have a natural gas outlet but have not tried it yet due to it has PVC pipe connected to it that is buried in the ground from connection to outlet and is 40 yrs. old. Don't trust the PVC but will do away with the pipe and go straight from the outlet with hose to generator after I get the outlet check out by a pro first. So far, I am fully satisfied with this product and from other reviews, I feel any issues will be handled by the warranty and their team. I really don't expect any with this generator though. It is nice to have three options for fueling this WGen9500TFc.

Great Features and remote start to boot

I bought this generator to reace an old genrac 4500 crank style. Needed a generator that and elderly person could start without a lot of headaches. Remote and push button start are just what I needed. 30amp and 50amp connectors are great as well; I only need 30amp at that time being. Took less than 30 minutes to get it setup and running for the break in period. I am happy with the purchase this far; just what we needed.

Easy to assemble and works great!

I bought this 2 months ago and had to use it yesterday during a 12 hour power outage. It was easy to assemble and operate, with straight forward instructions and simple control panel. On a full tank, it ran over 8 hours straight and powered most of the essential electronics in our house, including 5 space heaters, lamps, fridges, TVs, and the internet. It worked flawlessly.

Just got it and it runs great.

We just bought this in case we have another power loss. It hasn't happened yet but the generator starts great and we are running it every few weeks to keep it from seizing up. Hope we don't get hit again with another hurricane but if we do we are prepared.

WHOLE HOUSE BACKUP POWER

Truly great looking unit. Controls are easy to find and are very intuitive to use. The manuals are very easy to understand and follow. The dual fuel capability is a big plus, especially when one fuel might only be available in very limited supply. Very happy with purchase so far. Looking forward to many years of service from this generator.

Great life saver product

I ordered the WGen9500DF and it works great. I got it all hooked up and it works great. A added feature was the battery charger that is really convenient. It started right up and powered our house after we turned it on. It gave us a sense of security knowing we will have power if our power goes out.

Started right up... runs smooth! So Good So far!!

We bought this generator for "just in case" situations of several day power loss.  More of a peace of mind thing than heavy usage.  My husband and oldest son (13) assembled it in minutes.  The only hiccup was connecting the battery which wasn't in the instructions but needed to be done prior to starting the unit.  They briefly charged the battery, hooked up a propane tank and pressed the button.  Started right up and ran for 15 minutes just as a warm up.  They intend to run it each weekend for 15-30 minutes until they reach the 3 hour run-time mark, then change the oil, then store in our garage until it's needed.  So far so good.....
